We were visiting our daughter in DC over the weekend and had to replace our front tires. We stopped at Ben's Friday afternoon and they were able to get a pair of tires and replace them and do an alignment the next day. Could not have asked for better service by nicer people!

I scheduled an oil change for 8AM on a Thursday. By 2 PM they hadn't looked at it and asked if I would leave it overnight. After I declined they promptly did the work. So I suspect that they overbook.
