All utilities are included. Residents can enjoy amenities like an Olympic-size swimming pool, a 24-hour fitness center, and concierge service. Many residents report an amazing and awesome experience, describing the community as beautifully maintained. The staff, including leasing agents and the community manager, are frequently noted as very agreeable, pleasant, great, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. They are commended for their willingness to listen and help. However, there have been significant issues with maintenance responsiveness. One resident reported a complete toilet breakdown and called emergency maintenance repeatedly over a weekend with no one showing up, having to resort to using a concierge bathroom. Attempts to contact the concierge and management office were in vain due to a building phone system outage. Concerns about disruptive neighbor renovations have also been raised, with complaints to management reportedly going unaddressed.

Maintenance here is truly excellent. They are all competent, and very friendly. I had an issue in my bathroom that required urgent attention, and Meta was assigned. Super pleasant guy, very respectful and understanding. Finished to job quuckly, too! He deserves special recognition :)

I haven't moved in officially yet, but leasing with Ms. Holmes was great. This was the quickest easiest apartment leasing process I've ever had, and I've done a few!
