“This branch is a 5 minute walk from my home so I use it whenever I need a car for anything. They are always SO friendly and competent here! They move quickly and are always helpful. This seems like a boring job so I don't know how they stay so cheerful. I see others complaining about the small inventory but I don't know what they expect, this is a small neighborhood branch, not an airport. They've always given me a perfectly decent, clean car and upgraded me for free if what I reserved isn't present. I'm very glad they are in the neighborhood!”

I was surprised about the professionalism from the weekend staff to the week day staff... Even the gentleman that was cleaning cars in the back was very kind when he saw I wasn't feeling well.. I will rent again!!

“I always like to rent with Herz. This time it is better with the cars at the Hilton Connecticut Ave. it was convenient to me. The only suggestion is the check in person should be a little more specific to get to the car and how to get out and how to get in when return. Other than that good work for checking in for the car and returning the car.”
“Have rented from Hertz for years. We specifically choose this location for the convenience and the customer service. They have the vehicle I've needed and quickly resolve any issues professionally. I have rented from other companies as well and none of them are perfect. Sometimes you'll find an employee that isn't the most polished or all smiles. The car is usually very clean, but I have found trash on occasion after I left. If I checked closer and asked them to clean it out, I'm sure they would've done it for me. It have been a big deal. Personally, I have always had a great experience when renting from this location so I keep coming back. It's right on the train and easy to get in and out.
Side note ... The renovations at Union station for the car rental and bus terminals are greatly appreciated. Looking forward to the next update with EV charging stations at this location so all vehicles can be fully charged at pick up.”
