“First, it was very easy for the auto body shop to get a shuttle to take me to Enterprise; then process of renting was as efficient as possible at a busy time, quite smooth in fact. When my body repair was done, I just left the rental car at the body shop and someone turned it in or Enterprise picked it up. In other words I had very little to do, the businesses clearly have a good relationship, and I was very happy with the Enterprise service and the vehicle. I will definitely use them again without hesitation.”

“The car kind of smelled like marijuana or something funky. The smell was not initially obvious, but it became more noticeable with the a/c recycling. On a positive note: the staff seemed genuinely interested in providing good customer service. When I picked the car I realized I was missing my USB cable; the attendant loaned me one with no hassle at all. When I returned the car a different attendant was apologetic for the car smell and for the USB connection not working (that turned out to be a problem with my phone, not the cable the first attendant loaned me). I told him it was possibly my phone, but he seemed disappointed for me either way.”

“I always like to rent with Herz. This time it is better with the cars at the Hilton Connecticut Ave. it was convenient to me. The only suggestion is the check in person should be a little more specific to get to the car and how to get out and how to get in when return. Other than that good work for checking in for the car and returning the car.”
“Have rented from Hertz for years. We specifically choose this location for the convenience and the customer service. They have the vehicle I've needed and quickly resolve any issues professionally. I have rented from other companies as well and none of them are perfect. Sometimes you'll find an employee that isn't the most polished or all smiles. The car is usually very clean, but I have found trash on occasion after I left. If I checked closer and asked them to clean it out, I'm sure they would've done it for me. It have been a big deal. Personally, I have always had a great experience when renting from this location so I keep coming back. It's right on the train and easy to get in and out.
Side note ... The renovations at Union station for the car rental and bus terminals are greatly appreciated. Looking forward to the next update with EV charging stations at this location so all vehicles can be fully charged at pick up.”
