The gym offers diverse and fun programming with complete workouts from start to finish. Each class includes a guided warm-up and mobility routine, the workout itself, and cool-down stretches to minimize injury and soreness. They send out an email to members outlining the whole week of programming. For flexibility, there are multiple options for classes, including in-person sessions, an adapted home workout, and a virtual class. The environment is incredibly welcoming for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced athletes, whether dropping in or looking for a new gym-home. It is more than just a gym; it is a place focused on getting functionally strong within a great community. Great CrossFit gym in the city! Tried out a few gyms in the city before found this gem! They send out an email to the members outlining the whole week of programming. The coaches know each athlete well and their skill level! The owner Mel and the other coaches are very welcoming and helpful!
