“I like the unique prints and post cards but I wish I had got a copy of my receipt. There is this “support local business” pink sticker labeled at $3 in my bag which I know I didn’t pick. Four post cards and a sticker came up to $20ish seems about right anyways! Friendly services and clean store!”

“This is the smallest exchange I’ve ever been to but the point of the missing star is that the computer systems are very slow. I went to get my temporary star card printed and it was not the lady’s fault but her computer was extremely slow and she mentioned that this is pretty much always an issue. They have customers trying to purchase items at the desk so having a slow system is not ideal.”
“The customer service throughout the store is disappointing, but Matthew at the Lancôme counter is amazing! I've been buying my makeup at Macy's for years, and he is undoubtedly the best Lancôme representative ever!”

My initial visit was to pay my mom Macy’s bill but at the last minute and right before closing time I wanted to get a small mini make over. Ms Kori was kind, professional, very knowledgeable and most importantly patient. She did not make me feel rushed, answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns in addition to giving me advice. I know how it feels when you’re at the end of completing your shift as time is winding down and I never felt that at all from Ms. Kori as she gave me her undivided attention.
Ms. Kori exceeded all expectations!!!!”

“I like businesses that are available on metro. This store is on the green line. There is a decent amount of house hold items, cleaning & laundry supplies. The merchandise has changed from the "old Targets." Not as many clothing choices. I was surprised they didn't stock shopping carts on roll groceries home. They only had a laundry hamper on wheels.”
“Love this place, lovely family owned store. They're always so helpful. They pretty much have everything you need especially in an emergency. Best part is we get to keep money in our community over national brands. If you live near by and want them to have something that you know you'll continue to buy they are willing to get it to have it on hand for you (of course be reasonable).Just be careful walking in here as there is A LOT so make sure you are careful where you're walking.”

“Not clean, the parking garage is smelling very bad, some people going for shopping there are rude and ruth. Not very safe.But the Walmart itself is good and has all the stuff anyone would look for.”
“I shop at this Walmart weekly for both personal needs and for my company, NCC, and I’ve consistently had great experiences. It’s extremely convenient to shop for food, household, medical, electronics, and clothing all in one place. While it may not be the biggest location, it’s truly a lifesaver for the DC area.
The store is always clean, organized, and welcoming. Despite common misconceptions, I’ve never experienced or witnessed any safety concerns. The environment is diverse, peaceful, and well-managed, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
Their curbside pickup service is excellent — ordering online and having items brought directly to my car saves so much time, especially after long days. Grocery orders and deliveries are always accurate, and staff communicates clearly about substitutions.
This Walmart is extremely reliable and convenient for both my family and the clients I support. Highly recommend!”

I don't see why internally the security camera guys aren't the door security. What is it is it a today thing? The camera security room, watches the store & communicates with radios or earbuds with the door guys. But they are two separate things right? Affording security, when it makes you check receipts?
What if you have no receipt. Is it going to be like giant where alwe all feel like we're best fitted to join Giant in their socialist party-scheme???? Rifling through our backpacks.

“This is only one of two places on the Navy Yard where I can buy a coke cola. Still a great place to shop and keep you comfortable at work. They closed at 5pm weekdays. So catch them before then.”

“Most people don't know that at this location, they have a "secret" Macy's in the basement. It's their Backstage section and I love it! Every time I go there, I come with no expectations but leave with a bag full of items. On this last trip, I picked up some new outfits for the kids, new throw blankets, a gold yoga cat, Jessica Simpson sunglasses, and some nail polish. Definitely check out the treasure hunt waiting for you!”
“UpdateAfter complaining to the corporal office the problem was resolved. Thereafter, returning to this particular location several times I have not seen these two employees since. I'm hoping they're both in training for customer service etiquette. I gave 5 stars for customer service rectifying the problem. Thanks Corporate Office!”
“This review is specifically for curbside pick up ONLY. I placed an order and it was done prior to the allotted time which was awesome. Keep in mind that free parking is underground as is the curbside pickup. Due to this, I did not have any service to call/check in to notify that I had arrived. Luckily, a staff member was there delivering another order and helped me. Despite this occurring, everything happened in lightening speed, and the folk that helped me from the security guard that moved cones to Wal- Mart staff were super helpful. Also, don't be deterred by the cones, just move them out of the way. I'd definitely place an order here again.”
