“I’m from out of town and went in to replace my daughter’s phone as she lost it in an uber. We ended up not being able to purchase a phone as we didn’t know the pin to activate it. The woman we worked with (from Nigeria, I didn’t catch her name) was the most incredibly helpful and thoughtful salesperson I’ve ever witnessed. She didn’t take our money and offered an on the spot therapy session and we all cried. I love that lady. My daughter who lives here will def be going back tomorrow and spending her money at this Apple Store and will probably purchase more items because we know we can trust them. One million stars for that sales rep. I’ll never forget the support you offered. Thank you.”
“I was helping my elderly Aunt who had 4 phones. 3 were not working right. After a very frustrating and unhappy experience in another T Mobile shop. I attempted to call the corporate customer service number (as instructed by the annoyed employee at that store) to resolve a few problems. Unfortunately due to the multiple issues I had I needed to go to a store. There is no way I would go back to the previous store.I went to this Metro T-Mobile shop and met with Daniel. What an amazing difference when you work with someone that has a positive attitude that seems to genuinely want to help their customers.Daniel was patient, took his time listening to the issues and appeared to be happy doing it. Daniel came up with a simple solution, and even found another problem that had caused technical issues.I strongly recommend this store. The employees here seem to really want to provide customer service.”

“The driver was right on time. I like the progress Active Menus gives you. I ordered from 7-Eleven, and I wish I can just type in what I want. Instead you have to search through all the "snack" or "soda" categories, which can be a little annoying.”

“Found this local 7-Eleven while driving around while my son was taking an exam at Washington Jesuit Academy. It was a cold morning, and there was salt on the sidewalks to ensure customers didn’t slip and fall. The store was warm, and well lit with everything looking orderly. I was greeted by the cashier and continued my shopping. The shelves were fully stocked, and there was a Frito-Lay employee stocking the shelves as well. The store was truly a true well managed and the isles were clear and free from trash or dirt. I made my way to the cashier after making my selections. I was able to input my customer number for the rewards program thus additional savings. Again, the cashier was polite, professional and courteous. Would rate the experience a 10/10 and recommend anyone in the area to consider this store for any convenience store needs. Enjoy!”

“I visited this Verizon location because a representative via phone had me delete my eSIM. I went 24 hours without my phone. I visited another location who denied me service because they needed my ID and couldn’t use my online pin which landed me to this location. I’m happy to say that Rajesh jumped to help me solve my issues and did it in less than 10 minutes. Please visit the store if you want good service and efficient time. Also, don’t let no rep tell you that they cannot use your pin, it’s possible!”
