“Good day, I worked with John Hilton at this Verizon store who was terrific. He assisted me in reducing some costs on my I-Phone service since I was furloughed which was really appreciated. I also purchased Verizon wi-fi and You Tube TV and was finally able to cut the Comcast cord!! John helped me create a Gmail email for You Tube and also spent a lot of time with Verizon HQ for some assistance with my account. He was very nice, patient and considerate. I really appreciated all his help. Recommend him to everyone.”

“I went to HALLSTAR Tint for a full vehicle tint removal to pass my Maryland state safety inspection. I went in at 4pm on a Thursday and it seemed like they were only working on one vehicle at a time, but the wait was very short even though I didn't call ahead or anything. The tint removal cost $120 and took about an hour. The whole process was very straightforward and the lady at the front desk was very nice. A couple of regulars came in while I was waiting and I got the impression that they have a loyal clientele. Overall I had a great experience and I would recommend their tint removal service!”

“First off, this is a great T-Mobile store: clean, efficient, and timely, which is always a huge plus since phone upgrades and service changes can sometimes be a lengthy process.
The real highlight of the store, though, is Kimberly. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and effective throughout the entire process. She took the time to clearly explain everything I needed to know while I upgraded not just one, but three phones and an entire plan, including all of the costs, options, and benefits.
She made what could have been a complicated and time-consuming process incredibly easy. If you have the chance to visit this store and Kimberly is there, you’re definitely in great hands.”
