“As an Amazon locker pickup location, this store looks committed to providing all its customers (even those who aren’t there to buy something) with a clean, well-stocked, orderly place for a quick shopping experience. Thoughtful enough to provide affordable fresh bananas, healthy cold drinks (coconut h2o) and an ATM. Kindly faces behind the counter will greet you with a hello, or good morning. They make the most of a constrained space that can get crowded at the cash register (lottery tickets). There’s a lot going on in this 7-11!”

“I was really impressed with the level of service I received at the College Park Verizon location. Shamir was patient and explained everything to me. I’ve been to other vendor locations and there is often a lot of smoke, mirrors, and fast talking. I enjoyed my Verizon experience. It was my first step towards saying bye bye to T-mobile!”

“Good day, I worked with John Hilton at this Verizon store who was terrific. He assisted me in reducing some costs on my I-Phone service since I was furloughed which was really appreciated. I also purchased Verizon wi-fi and You Tube TV and was finally able to cut the Comcast cord!! John helped me create a Gmail email for You Tube and also spent a lot of time with Verizon HQ for some assistance with my account. He was very nice, patient and considerate. I really appreciated all his help. Recommend him to everyone.”

“I went to HALLSTAR Tint for a full vehicle tint removal to pass my Maryland state safety inspection. I went in at 4pm on a Thursday and it seemed like they were only working on one vehicle at a time, but the wait was very short even though I didn't call ahead or anything. The tint removal cost $120 and took about an hour. The whole process was very straightforward and the lady at the front desk was very nice. A couple of regulars came in while I was waiting and I got the impression that they have a loyal clientele. Overall I had a great experience and I would recommend their tint removal service!”

“I like to give credit where it's due when great service is provided. Mirna Torres gave me absolutely stellar, top-notch service when I stopped by for assistance. This was a breath of fresh air, as there has been heavy turnover here over the years, and I have unfortunately had far more bad experiences than good. Mirna completely turned that around and is a major asset to this team!”

“First off, this is a great T-Mobile store: clean, efficient, and timely, which is always a huge plus since phone upgrades and service changes can sometimes be a lengthy process. The real highlight of the store, though, is Kimberly. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and effective throughout the entire process. She took the time to clearly explain everything I needed to know while I upgraded not just one, but three phones and an entire plan, including all of the costs, options, and benefits. She made what could have been a complicated and time-consuming process incredibly easy. If you have the chance to visit this store and Kimberly is there, you’re definitely in great hands.”

“I want to take a moment to recognize Ashley for the amazing customer service she provided during my visit today. She was supportive, patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions with care and gave me personalized insight that helped me feel more confident in my options. She took her time with me and never made me feel rushed. Even though I know there were other customers in the store, Ashley made me feel like my needs mattered and that I was being fully taken care of. Because of the experience I had with Ashley, I stayed in the store longer, continued exploring my options, and I am now more willing to make a future purchase with Best Buy. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care made a lasting impression. Ashley is a true asset to your team, and I hope you know how much her service positively impacted my experience. Please recognize her for the excellent work she is doing.”
