“I was in the market for a new mattress and saw a couple affordable ones on the Mattress Firm website so I wanted to check those out at their store. After having a lovely dinner in Dupont Circle, I searched up the nearest Mattress Firm which was right in the heart of Dupont, which was perfect! I walked over, and upon my arrival and made my way upstairs I was warmly greeted by DENNIS. The whole time he was suuuuper helpful, gave me his full attention, let me try as many mattresses as I needed, and gave me helpful advice. I found the perfect bundle for a really great price ! If you're going to this location, make sure Dennis helps you, he is great!”

“I recently helped renovate my employer's office and used Purgistics to supply our new workstations. Working with Ari, Ori, and their team was fantastic. They understood our needs and vision from the start, and gave us multiple options for our space that also fit within our budget. Ari and Ori themselves are lovely and even came out to the office to ensure they had the measurements and vision exactly right. Their installation team was a real pleasure, worked super hard to get the workstations exactly as I wanted them, and were so courteous when I asked for slight modifications or further clarity on details. Communication was clear and consistent across the project, and I couldn’t be happier with the new workstations! Most importantly, the team using them loves them too ?. “As this Room and Board was in downtown DC, I did not exist the store to be so large. It occupies all 3 floors of the corner building it occupies and there are many pieces of furniture, rugs, accessories, lamps, etc. I really like the mid- century modern/ contemporary furniture and the textiles (pillows, rugs, linens) are terrific. If you're in the market for this style of furniture or home goods, this is a great stop to make.”

“I was buying a condo in Silver Spring, Maryland and needed furniture. I budgeted $10,000 for furniture, area rugs, TV, printer, Vitamix blender and kitchen stuff, not appliances. We needed Living Room, Dining Room, Office and Bedroom. I first called Basset, sent them a floor plan and told them what I had budgeted. The next day I get an email telling me that she had done the dining room set and rug. The dining room set was just under $4,000 and the rug was $2,500. 2/3 of my budget for one room? Clearly not the place for me. I found Casa Furniture online, the prices are very reasonable and I furnished the whole place for the budget I figured. The best part is that they delivered and set it all up and put everything in place. Just as important, everything is very well made and looks amazing. I could not have been happier.”

“I like businesses that are available on metro. This store is on the green line. There is a decent amount of house hold items, cleaning & laundry supplies. The merchandise has changed from the "old Targets." Not as many clothing choices. I was surprised they didn't stock shopping carts on roll groceries home. They only had a laundry hamper on wheels.”

“I visited this showroom back in May 2024 so that I could actually sit on, touch, and feel some of the couches and sectionals. I ended up going with the Holt sectional and ottoman. It arrived the 2nd week in August and I am loving it. I selected the plush terra rose fabric and it is absolutely gorgeous!!! The seating is large, roomy and comfortable. So happy I chose Joybird because the quality and build are exceptional. Thank you to the manager Cynthia who very helpful throughout my experience.”
“Absolutely love this location. Everyone who worked there was wonderful, but Ernest was particularly amazing. He helped me and my mom immensely as we were searching for items for my new apartment. He truly went above and beyond by offering tailored advice, helping us make difficult choices, and packaging our items perfectly. He also kindly walked us out to the car with our items. Beyond providing help with our shopping, he was also an incredibly kind and thoughtful person - it was so nice to get to know him, and I will absolutely be returning to this location because of my experience working with someone as special as Ernest!”

This Xmas my husband bought me some pillows, but they weren't my taste and when I went to return them with the receipt, they could not have been more gracious in letting me exchange them.
