My friend and I were visiting from out of town and decided to do some light shopping. From the moment we walked in, our sales advisor Shaniqua was welcoming and kind. She was very helpful, very attentive and very knowledgeable. The overall experience was 10/10 and I will absolutely return the next time I’m in town.

I visited Gucci Washington DC store last month and bought my Gucci Horsebit 1955 shoulder bag from there…the customer service was amazing and the representative really helped me pick up the right one….i had visited the other Gucci stores in Tyson’s and galleria but the collection in dc store was vast…will def visit... read full comment
