“Excellent service! Went there a couple of times in the past few weeks to get documents notarized. They have multiple notaries on site from 9 am through 6 pm (save for lunch break), which is rare. Costs $5 per signature.

“Tabatha is a star employee at this store. I watched her multitask, greet customers while being extremely pleasant, help customers, and still manage the staff. She was a one woman machine who basically worked the entire store by herself, even though there was another employee nearby. She alone has earned all five of these stars.
However on 11/7 at about 10:15, I was “helped” by someone who clearly did not want to help me. He wouldn’t even stand up to scam my QR code to ship my items back to Amazon. I had a heavy object strapped to my back, it would have been nice if he would have been thoughtful enough to just stand up to scan my code instead of prompting me to reach. I even asked him if he could just stand to scan the code and he just continued sitting. I’m sure you have this on camera and can see for yourself. This is the service I usually get. ?”

“I live in Houston and had a package that needed collecting from just down the street from this UPS Store in Washington DC. I spoke with the manager (Janiya) who did me a HUGE favour and actually went down the street and collected the box during her off hours and then took it back to the store to affix my shipping label. Service like this is just so rare these days. Cannot say enough nice things here.”
“I never thought I'd write a review of a UPS Store but here we are. The service in the L Street store is always outstanding: quick, friendly and helpful. Shipping items can be a bit of a pain but the team in this store always takes of everything, from packing to getting you the best shipping rates for your needs. And everyone is friendly, funny, and helpful without ever being solicitous or scripted. Just genuine great service.”

There wasn’t much of a line when I got there but it definitely got busier. I think 4:30-5:30 is their busiest time, especially on a Monday so if you hate waiting I’d plan around that!”

“The store under promised and over delivered. I was so pleased. The associate told me it was after the cutoff point so next day delivery would be Saturday. My package was delivered on Friday which means he made an extra effort to get it out the day I was in the store, which was Thursday.”
“I received the best service from Don during my visit to this store. I needed numerous different photocopy work done, passport photos taken, shipping packages created, and notary services for some documents. Don was extremely helpful and patient with my many requests. A delightful experience made ever better when I found out I had actually walked into the store past their closing time, yet I still received stellar and patient service. And when I left and mistakenly left my photos behind, Don called me and went above and beyond to ensure I got them that evening. Truly great customer service!”

It may be a small private owned UPS franchise but they provide good service. Don’t let the reviews discourage you.”
“I've had a PO box at this location for over a decade for all of my business and residential mail. The staff here - Tammy, Tanya and others - have consistently gone ABOVE AND BEYOND in customer service. I frequently travel abroad for extended periods, and they have managed my complex mail forwarding requests, handled complicated business orders, and generally keep my packages and mail safe waiting for me until I return. I have seen the behavior of some of the postal customers and I'm genuinely appalled at the treatment they receive for following postal regulations - no doubt by some of the same folks leaving nasty reviews. Tammy, Tanya and others know their regulars by name, treat everyone with respect even when they're being screamed at, and genuinely care about their customers while providing an essential service to the neighborhood. I'm so grateful to them.”
