They help find the exact shoe, having customers test various fits, cushions, and supports. The store carries all the major brands with a wide selection and can import exact shoes from nearby stores. They provide great service for walking shoes, running shoes, and increasing mileage. The staff is known for being awesome and working with customers on replacements. Shopping local is considered worth it here, and they kindly offer vet discounts.
The people working here are super helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back here next time I need new shoes.

I visited during a walk/run club with the store PACKED and Cole was incredibly helpful, kind, and chill. He didn't try to upsell me, which is why I bought two pairs! Thanks, Pacers Running! I'll be back once I reach my goal.

Very helpful staff. Went to replace my On clouds and came out with very comfortable Hoka's. Surprised myself how much I like these for walking
