Room wasn't ready at 3pm In room breakfast took 20-35mins longer than promised, got the order partly wrong. Fridge in room was locked and upon request they were not able to fix it. Room had an antique smell to it. Lobby & common areas underwhelming, views from the 6th floor corner suite not great or private
