“Excellent service! Went there a couple of times in the past few weeks to get documents notarized. They have multiple notaries on site from 9 am through 6 pm (save for lunch break), which is rare. Costs $5 per signature.

“Tabatha is a star employee at this store. I watched her multitask, greet customers while being extremely pleasant, help customers, and still manage the staff. She was a one woman machine who basically worked the entire store by herself, even though there was another employee nearby. She alone has earned all five of these stars.
However on 11/7 at about 10:15, I was “helped” by someone who clearly did not want to help me. He wouldn’t even stand up to scam my QR code to ship my items back to Amazon. I had a heavy object strapped to my back, it would have been nice if he would have been thoughtful enough to just stand up to scan my code instead of prompting me to reach. I even asked him if he could just stand to scan the code and he just continued sitting. I’m sure you have this on camera and can see for yourself. This is the service I usually get. ?”

“I live in Houston and had a package that needed collecting from just down the street from this UPS Store in Washington DC. I spoke with the manager (Janiya) who did me a HUGE favour and actually went down the street and collected the box during her off hours and then took it back to the store to affix my shipping label. Service like this is just so rare these days. Cannot say enough nice things here.”

“I have been using Ace Press for many years. Amir (the owner) is a perfectionist and is meticulous, qualities that are critical for work that must be impeccable, especially when it comes to legal documents. On one occasion, I saw him throw out an entire production run because of a flaw I could not even see. In addition, he has always completed the work I have requested on time or before the scheduled time.Amir also makes helpful suggestions about how to complete (or not complete) work, and he has unique equipment to improve the result. Amir is not simply a technician, but an expert all things involving printing. I recommend him highly.”
“I use this location pretty often. Leonard helped with last minute shipments I needed to get out on a Friday for arrival on Saturday back in September. Most of the shipments made it, 2 were delayed (no fault of the store). The store team helped me sort out a partial refund.”

There wasn’t much of a line when I got there but it definitely got busier. I think 4:30-5:30 is their busiest time, especially on a Monday so if you hate waiting I’d plan around that!”

The service has been uniformly superb, and any (rare) corrections to be made have been done swiftly. Extremely competent, helpful and pleasant staff -- Dave and Drew (both no longer with us -- sadly), Eric, Abdul, as well as their successors. Thank you.”
“Went to get a couple small things laminated. They asked if I would want to have them done in a single piece and then cut them separately since it would be cheaper. They even showed me how to use their paper cuter to make sure I wouldn't cut too close and damage the lamination. They were very kind, friendly, and showed excellent customer service. Thank you!”

“I am very happy to review Minuteman Press located at 1020 19th St. NW, Lower LL50, Washinton D.C. 20036. I am the Board Secretary for a nonprofit in California, and we had an employee in DC that needed informational cards printed. I looked printers up in that area and after talking to a couple of places that couldn't help me, I called Minuteman Press and explained what we needed. Not only were they happy and willing to help me, but they were also able to get what we wanted/needed completed the next day!! We didn't know what to expect about the price but were pleasantly surprised!! If you are someone from out of town who needs printing done or even if you are from that area, please go to Minuteman Press on 19th street ... I promise you will not be disappointed!!
