“I recently reached out to Old Town Editions for an assessment of an old “Tin-Type” photo taken in the early 1900s. Two of the images were so faded they were barely visible to the naked eye. Old Town did an amazing job digitizing both images and even developed a third one that wasn’t initially visible. I am thoroughly pleased with the digital results they produced from the original photo and highly recommend their restoration services to anyone with precious photographic memories. The staff is knowledgeable and easy to work with.”

“I give it a 4 because I support small businesses. I also give it a 4 because the manager, I didn’t get his name, maybe isn’t a morning person. I understand mechanical issues can cause delays but using words like “did you expect me to magically know about the mechanical issues” isn’t very customer friendly then trying to make it seem like I am the problem isn’t okay. Anyway, I don’t take it personal, maybe he’s not a morning person or is having a bad day.”

“May 2022 - I was referred to ASAP Printing by Staples in Potomac Yard and I'm so grateful that they did. I was 5 days out from my wedding and I was unable to print the escort cards on my home computer. I emailed ASAP and they quickly said that they could do it - my escort cards were completed on Thursday (order sent on Tuesday) and they were perfect. The cost was even better than what I had looked at with different online printing vendors. I will definitely consider ASAP for future needs and am grateful that they gave me the piece of mind that I needed during a very busy week. Thank you!”

“I’ve been using Parcel Plus for years and always appreciated the service and friendliness of everyone I encountered. But this past experience went so above and beyond that I had to write a review and thank Mozique in particular. I dropped off a package on Wednesday night to be mailed Priority for tracking bc I was mailing my son’s passport for his upcoming trip. On Friday morning, I went to pull up the tracking and it still said, “Awaiting Pickup”—what??! I called Parcel Plus in a panic worried it was still sitting there or worse lost/stolen. Mozique looked up my transaction and tracking and said he needed to investigate more and would call me back. Now I’m really panicking! He called about 20 min later to say he’d pulled up the security camera footage and saw that USPS had picked up my package but they must not have scanned it. Most people would then say, Not our fault, good luck! But Mozique said, I’m going to call USPS and find out what happened. Later that day, he called me back to say it was in Merrifield and that the tracking should update soon. I was relieved to know someone had found it in Merrifield but it was still frustrating that the tracking said “Awaiting pickup” as of Friday night! I paid extra for the tracking for a reason. The next morning before I even hit refresh on the tracking, Mozique called me to say the status had updated to “Out for Delivery” between 9 am and 1 pm. I was so thankful! He kept checking on the status and calling me with updates, which is way more than USPS or another packaging place would do. Thank you so much, Mozique! The Belle View Parcel Plus will have my business for as long as I live here!”

I encountered the Store Manager named JP tonight at this location and the guy couldn’t have been a more dedicated servant. He stayed after with me until 7:25pm tonight (past closing time) to help solve my problems with a computer that froze on me while at the same time the printer wouldn’t print because the toner had run out. The problem with that store? JP was by himself. The location is definitely understaffed and needs at least one if not 2 additional people for it to run more efficiently. I’m going to tell you right now FedEx and I’d advise you to listen……..JP is underpaid, severely underpaid, and if I recognized his level of dedication to this location you can bet it’s just a matter of time before somebody else comes along and recognizes it, snatches him from you and doubles or triples his salary. You better promote that guy.”
