Excellent; best exercise class I’ve ever attended. Jason is an incredible and motivating coach. This is the only class I attend religiously; something I have never done before. Thanks to Jason. Looking forward to his next class!

Took my first ever rowing class and it was tons of fun! Very low impact but definitely able to adjust intensity based on your needs. Coach Brad set me up and felt confident throughout class. Definitely will be going back!

Great experience for first timers! My coach Elisa led a fun and spirited class that left me energized and physically spent, without absolutely destroying me, ha.I’ll be back to continue my cross training and for Elisa’s hype playlists ??☀️
