Momma Tammie was a great concierge. As soon as she left everything went left. We no longer have a consistent concierge who is willing to help besides April. I’m disappointed Tammie is no longer with us.

My experience at The Shay has been extremely positive since I moved in, earlier this year. The amenities and common spaces are well upkept, the entire staff is helpful and kind and all maintenance requests have been addressed quickly and efficiently.
