“Awesome group of mechanics and managers. Did not have to wait long for a tire change and oil change. All within a half hour and I didn’t get a chance to finish a game of Call of Duty mobile ? before I was called up to get my keys and paperwork. The team was very professional, reliable, and expedient, working together and showing a sense of urgency. This was my second time coming to this Goodyear, and they put a smile on my face every time I came through the door. I will most definitely return to this location because of the great service that I’ve received.”

“I had a nail in my tire for the second time in a few months, so I googled a shop nearby at the time and this one popped up. They had fairly positive reviews, so I took a chance. I chatted with one of the owners, while I sat in my car, as he patched my tire. He showed me the nail and patched it right in front of me. I was out of there in under 10 minutes. Great customer service and great price! Cheaper than the other place I went to for the other tire. Highly recommend!!”

“From South Jersey here, dropping daughter off at college at CU. Pulled up to where I was staying so my tire was almost completely flat filled up with air at an Exxon and a gentleman told me about tire express. He said it’s not the cleanest of places but They did good work for me once. I went there looked shady, but that doesn’t matter because they did the job pulled a roofing nail out of my tire plugged it for $25. Fair price and it did the job. A homeless man tried to sell me some Barber clippers but I said no, and sent him on his way. They did the job I give it a five Star.I was in a dire situation.”

“I wanted to make this review to specifically talk about my great experience with Chiquita at the tire center. My husband and I ordered tires off the Costco website based on the site’s recommendation for our make and model of car. When I arrived to the tire center for my appointment, Chiquita explained that the tires we ordered were not the best tires for our car. She even went out to the car to look at it to confirm that the tires we ordered were not right for our car, and explained why they were not the best option for us. She then made a tire recommendation that was less expensive than the ones we initially ordered, helped facilitate returning the tires for a shop card, and ordered the right tires for our car. Thankfully the tires she recommended were in-stock, so we did not need to reschedule our appointment. Chiquita was helpful and patient throughout my tire appointment, and I really appreciated her effort to ensure that we ordered the right tires for our car.”
“Outstanding customer and technical service on my vehicle has kept it in great running shape. The cleanliness of the vehicle upon return continues to be an issue for me. For this visit, the engine bay had coolant splashed around various places due to the flush operation. Overall, my truck is running great and the digital service records make it easy to see history. Amanda, the manager, and Shane, the front desk associate, are personable and always take good care of me as a customer.”
