I went for an electric drain snake. Good selection, helpful staff on pickup and return.

Was able to rent a tool from the tool rental dept. (the rental itself went well) in the morning but upon return of my tool, I had to wait 45 min. before a representative showed up behind the desk to pick it up.

Parking lot was filthy but the cashiers were nice. I saw many employees walking around trying to assist but we knew what we needed. The outside is just a turn off. Inside you have the standard store.
