U-Haul Moving & Storage of Intown offers truck rentals, cargo vans, and self-storage with overall great experiences. The staff is capable, helpful, friendly, extremely professional, and courteous. Employees are described as attentive, kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and providing amazing customer service that goes above and beyond. The trucks are clean and nice. However, one reviewer noted a truck had not enough gas and criticized the refueling system and penalty fees. The location is highly recommended for its uber attentive and efficient service from both indoor and outdoor workers.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. I am not sure how the experience could have been better. The gas tank was full. The rented blankets were there!!!
