As soon as pull into the parking lot, she gets so excited because she knows where she's going & that she trust everyone there. Everyone is so friendly & it's so apparent how much they care for each of the dogs in they care. We wouldn't entrust Zoey's care anywhere else.

160 Bear Christiana Rd, BearWe had a great visit. Unlike some Vets, they seem to space their appointments appropriately so you’re not in the waiting room for more than a few minutes. It doesn’t affect me, but I like that cats and dogs have separate waiting areas.
Staff was friendly and took time to listen to concerns. I totally trust Dr. Teri and appreciate her honest opinions. I know she is only going to recommend what my dog needs.
They take extra care with frightened dogs, like mine, by giving treats and redirecting their attention during stressful procedures. Highly recommend.

I have been with lums pond for many years.I absolutely love them.My dogs always felt secure and loved. They handled all my pets with love and affection. My cat always feels very safe, secure and comfortable. What I love is they are so knowledgeable and use examples of how we would feel after surgery , This was very comforting. I was able to relax . I highly recommend lums pond. They are friends. Love you all and thankyou for all you do to keep my pets healthy.

2309 Red Lion Rd, BearMy doberman puppy goes to daycare here 3 times a week. The entire staff is awesome and understands her needs and energy levels. They are very welcoming and accommodating. They are even patient enough while I have her sit before she goes back into the daycare. My home is over half an hour away from the daycare but this is worth the drive. Although there are other dog daycares closer to me I choose to bring my pup here because they handle her with care and respect and treat her very well. They know how to handle dogs of all sizes and energy levels. The dogs get a lot of activity through the day so they are tired when it’s time to go home. We are grateful for Hannah’s House!
