“Darius was great in helping us with adding my wife to my plan. He’s friendly and professional while also being relaxed making us feel comfortable. He helped me realize that I qualified for a business account and saved us money not only for our cells but also on our home internet. Henry, the manager came by to introduce himself and talk with us while there were no other customers to help. He’s also super friendly, the store just has a good atmosphere. We were going to switch my wife online but are happy we went to this store instead.”

“My wife and I had a tremendous experience at the AT&T store at 1100 Baltimore Pike recently (2/11/2026 at 5:30pm). We had purchased a new cellular iPad and were having trouble transferring the service from the old one to the new. The associate at the store, Shay, was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and solved our issue in under 30 minutes. What more can you ask?
Shay was a great ambassador for AT&T. She also discussed other plan and service options with us in order to reduce our costs - and while we didn't choose to make those changes on this visit - you can be sure that Shay's outstanding customer service will be the reason we come back to do so in the future.”

“Ok so was quick to give a bad review about my experience at a different AT&T store, the 778 W. Sproul Rd., Springfield, PA, which was so horrible this past Sunday. Now this AT&T store, which is actually closer to me, was a completely different experience. A representative named Jordan at this store was actually pleasant and helpful, unlike the people at 778 W. Sproul Rd. who are there to try to take advantage of you with purposefully deceptive sale practices. He was able to help us undo and correct the nightmare that 778 Sproul Rd. had created for us. Jordan and another rep there, a female who I wish I remembered her name, were extremely knowledgeable and understanding. They restored our faith in AT&T as a business and our service provider. Thank you so much to Jordan he provided excellent customer service and exceeded our expectations. We will be doing all of our business there in the future!”

“There was a spectacular employee working here that tried her best to be speedy although she was working alone, she tried to get everyone the best deals and showed she was knowledgeable about the products, but most impressively she showed amazing tact. See, I have a massive infection in my leg which can give off a TERRIBLE odor if not changed daily or sometimes twice daily. I hadn't changed them yet and I know it smelled bad. I think her name was Jesse. Anyway, she was extremely polite even though I know she was suffering. Metro should be proud to have an employee with such excellent customer service!”
