We found an old vhs tape of my late grandmother who had recently passed away-I was searching for ways to convert it and stumbled on Zim’s. I gave it to Mike Tuesday night and it was ready by the next day. I received a USB drive, my old tape, and instructions on how to use the flash drive. Mike really thought of everything to make this the smoothest experience for his customers. I’ll definitely be coming back when I find more tapes”

“A big shout-out and well done to the folks at Overture and in particular Robert Bobo, Jamie Wilson, and Cory Beaver. I was looking to upgrade my phono preamp and found Overture with an online search. They gave me an excellent trade-in price (a rare thing indeed!) for my existing preamp (a Parasound JC3 Jr) towards a new Parasound JC3+. The transaction was fast and seamless and I soon had the new JC3+...which turned out to be a defective unit, the first time that's ever happened to me with a new piece of audio gear. Overture contacted Parasound, I shipped the defective unit back to Overture and in just a few days had another new JC3+, which sounds absolutely sublime. It was a pleasure doing business with the Overture professionals and I highly recommend them. I will certainly use Overture in the future!”

“HRO in general is awesome. And Harry was the man at New Castle. He was always polite always welcoming and so so helpful. He had to leave for a personal issue and since then I have been dealing with random sales people all of them seem very smart. Sometimes a bit awkward asking a question because they don't seem very receptive to questions and not very enthusiastic. Maybe I got spoiled with Harry. If I can give one piece of advice : bring Enthusiasm into your client interactions. Everything else will fall into place.”

“These guys are awesome! I went there a few years ago as a newbie for a radio, while I was happy with it, as I learned more about them I found they had sold me a very good radio. While it was more than I needed at the time, I didn't have to upgrade as I learned more about them. Very happy with that purchase!Recently I was having a problem and stopped in late in the afternoon. Tim diagnosed the problem in about five minutes, and he was able to repair it immediately, which was unexpected.Not only do they give great service, but they seem to be a real good group of people. “Ordered 3 keyed alike Mul T Lok herculars. They came in about 4 weeks which is expected. Medeco and Mul T loks are both back ordered 4-6 weeks. The locks came brand new. If you are unsure if they are legit or not. Check there GSA # and called Fried bothers. You can confirm Fried brothers are on the mul t lock authorized distrubators list (dont get confused with retailer when checking the website) Locks came in brand new.. no scratches. You cant beat the price of this locks when buying from anywhere else”

“I cannot say enough good things about this Target! I normally do pick up orders on my way home from work and they are always so quick and efficient with getting my items and bringing them to me. Today though they were taking a little longer than normal which was not a problem. Stuff happens and I didn't think anything of it. I see one of their employees walking towards me without bags and my heart sank. I was so worried she was going to say I placed the order at the wrong store or that someone else took my items. She was SO apologetic and said they are still trying to find some of my bags but the manager and her just wanted to say sorry for the wait and they are working on solving the problem. I was amazed by their kindness and willingly apologizing. I was not mad or upset by any means but what awesome customer service!! Glen Mills Target, you are the best!!! Your employees and managers are so incredibly kind and always think of others first. Is a 6 star review possible??”

“7/11 stores have always been hit or miss. It all depends on the area and so on. Occasionally you go into one that is good and have a great experience, but as far as this 7/11! This is my stop, my once-s-day. The owner and employees are awesome here! As soon as I walk through the door I'm greeted and they already know what I'm purchasing for the most part, and they'll have it ready at the counter for me before I approach the cashier. The points/reward app and account is definitely worth signing up which is basically just entering your email information. I save a ton of money everyday using it. The guys and gals that work there are great! Kid friendly, my kids walk up there after school and always come home speaking highly about the workers there. The food, and all other products are always fresh for your order. Just probably the coolest and definitely my favorite 7/11 ever.”

“This target location is clean but the five stars mostly goes to Starbucks. I normally make my order online through the Starbucks app so I was a bit nervous to tell the Barista how I want my coffee. But, the Baristas made me feel so comfortable in sharing my favorite flavors without giving an attitude. The whole experience was filled up with laughter, smiles and understanding. Venique really hooked up my drink and I am still thinking about it til this day. Hopefully, I will see her again soon! Thank you Ladies!”
