“Nice gas station with good prices. Went here due to the price bring cheaper than surrounding stations. Location was clean, has several portable potties on-site for restroom use. There is a Shore Stop Express convenience store here. The store was clean and nice variety. They have slushies and other machines, as well as packaged items. The cashier was friendly and courteous.”

I love discovering great restaurants and dairy stores, and I can confidently say that this place is absolutely amazing. Every time I visit, I am impressed by the cleanliness, the professionalism of the staff and owner, and, most importantly, the incredible quality of the food.
I travel frequently—from Boston to Florida, through Philadelphia, New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts—and yet, no place compares to this hidden gem. Whether I’m on my way to church or heading to my beach house, this is always a must-stop for me.

Their Italian hoagies are simply the best. From the freshly baked bread to the perfectly sliced meats, cheeses, and toppings, every bite is packed with flavor. I always customize mine with extra mushrooms, hot peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, and the freshness makes all the difference.
But that’s not all—their cheesesteaks are on another level. While Philadelphia is famous for its cheesesteaks, I can confidently say that this place does it even better. Every sandwich is packed with generous portions of meat and cheese, cooked to perfection, and bursting with flavor.

If you ever find yourself passing through Delaware, do yourself a favor and stop at this place. I would rate it 100 out of 10—the best on the East Coast. This is truly a hidden gem, a place so special that I consider it a diamond among stones.

“Wow! I received top tier service in Food lion yesterday and I just want to say thanks guys! I have a 14 month old baby and it was a little stressful yesterday because I dropped the snack he was eating and he started getting a little fussy. When we came up upon the deli to get in line, everything changed! He was sooo very happy to be greeted by the line of happy customers …they were waving at him and smiling and saying hi. It didn’t take long to see that everyone was so happy and in a good mood and cheerful because of the man behind the counter! I don’t know his name, but he was so happy….his joy was infectious. He gave us a sample of the lunch meat we bought and I was able to let my baby munch on that and finish my shopping. Thank you so much for making my shopping trip better!”
“Our office at Independent Newsmedia Inc. in Dover called to order a cake for a company celebration that we were having the next day. I spoke to Pam in the Bakery and was delighted to hear that the order could be completed for the next day's pickup. She was professional, polite and took great care in obtaining the order information needed to process our order. She took special care to make sure that she had received the information correctly. When I picked up the cake, Pam was not in but two other ladies jumped in to make sure that the cake was delivered to me and they were absolutely most helpful-what a team you have at the Camden DE store. You should be very proud. By the way, The cake was fantastic and we ate it all :)”
“Aldi's is the greatest addition Milford has received in a minute. They're like a German Trader Joe's which in my book is a tremendous achievement. They have decent sales, good produce, and they change up their ethnic specialty foods often. They also have one of a kind items that no other place has like Spinach and Feta Strudels and Apple and Berry Strudels.
The employees there are always helpful which nowadays is a HUGE plus. Milford is lucky to have it's new German Joe. ;)”

“I love Food Lion , they have a variety of brands that other stores just don't carry . They have weekly MVP savings & also online coupons you can clip to save even more money on your grocery order . Also , they offer a rewards program within the app called "Shop & Earn" that gives you cash back towards your next purchase for merely shopping the items you normally would ... “Typical walmartians. I find it odd that one of the self checkout registers is solely dedicated to employee time cards. Being in there on Christmas Eve and 2 of the registers being down or allocated to something else is the wrong move.”

“Since they remodeled the inside it's easier to find things it doesn't feel cramped or over flowing as it useded to and they carry more then they useded to. Good luck finding more then 1 cashier there, that's on shift, so any questions the cashier can only point you in the right direction to find something.”
“Out of all the Dollar General stores I have been to, this one was the nicest one. Very clean, organized and well stocked. The store also looked larger inside compared to other locations. The one downside was the employees were not too friendly and welcoming. Located right on Dupont Hwy, next to Autozone across from Rodney Village shopping center.”
“If you want a snack or soda, you're in luck. The former Bodies grocery store has lots of chips and Little Debbie cakes. A great selection of Hershey's ice cream and other small ice cream brands. Lady working there is very nice.It needs some cleaning outside and grass mowed, but if you're driving by and need a little pick me up, give it a try.”
“This particular Dollar Store is always stocked well when I go there. This is the one on S. State street by Walgreens and past state troopers. Good parking avail and carts if needed”
