I took my fussy Min Pin/Chihuahua mix in to their November nail trim clinic and the woman doing it made him very comfortable and had it done within a couple of minutes! I will be back next month with my diva Cavapoo !

306 Lantana Dr, HockessinI cannot say enough wonderful things about Lantana Veterinary and the incredible care we’ve received from Dr. Kosin and the front desk employees. Recently, Jen took over 10 minutes to speak with me on the phone, patiently answering every question and genuinely reassuring me about my senior rescue dog Precious’s dental surgery. I was extremely anxious going into it, but the information, compassion, and calm confidence she provided made all the difference.
What truly stood out was being told that they treat newborn animal surgeries and senior dog surgeries with the exact same level of care and attention. As someone who was terrified for my older rescue, that meant everything to me. Precious did AMAZING, and it was so clear she was handled with love and expertise every step of the way.
The clinic itself radiates warmth — you can feel how much love is in that place. I also really appreciated that the staff is mostly female and incredibly nurturing. My other two dogs absolutely loved coming here too, which says a lot.
Dr. Kosin is truly special. She was so empathetic and thoughtful — she even acknowledged the passing of our dog Buddy without us having to bring it up, which meant so much to us. That level of emotional awareness and compassion is rare in vets we've seen in the area for our previous dogs (which made me switch to Lantana).
Another thing I deeply appreciate is how patient and respectful they are with my parents. As human doctors, both of my parents tend to ask very specific questions about lab values and numbers — and Dr. Kosin never once made them feel like a burden or rushed. Instead, she welcomed the questions and took the time to explain everything thoroughly.
This vet practice is the perfect combination of medical excellence, empathy, patience, and genuine love for animals. I am so grateful to have found Lantana Vet and trust them completely with my dogs. Highly, highly recommend. ??

The ice cream is very fresh everyone there is nice and treat your ice cream with care so you never get broken cones or liquid ice cream. This place is very family triendly and has a decent amount of seating but the parking can be a little tight and the lines get long but it's very worth it
