Animal Hospital at Thorndale

Sammi was incredibly thorough, responsive, and helpful throughout what can be a very complicated and stressful process. She made sure every detail was taken care of and kept us updated every step of the way, which made the whole experience so much easier.
Dr. Matt was also wonderful, so kind and gentle with our little dog. The appointment never felt rushed, and he took the time to answer every question we had (and we had plenty!).
I highly recommend this clinic, whether you need help with USDA paperwork for international travel or are simply looking for a fantastic regular vet. We had such a great experience! ❤

Banfield Pet Hospital
1010 East Lancaster Avenue, DowningtownI was under duress regarding my pets medical issue knowing that I had to go out of state for a personal medical need and had only lived in my current state for 4 weeks. The staff were attentive to my need and got my pet in the very next day, prior to me flying out. Dr, Towl and staff were exceptional and enabled me to start with a plan of wellness that would be easy to handle for my pets caretaker. Upon arriving home this plan has shown itself to be working well, without having had to spend an exorbitant amount of money.
