“Wow ! We came to buy two blinds . We met Randal . He was kind, thoughtful and unbelievably helpful. We had just left Home Depot. What difference!. Person there was not Randal . He wasn't into giving much information information and we would have had to wait two weeks . HD choices were more expensive too . Randal was great !”

She was kind and compassionate and proceeded to communicate which aisle to go get more bulbs. It was simple but these simple interactions can make or break a business. “Amazing hardware store. Friendly and helpful staff. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall positive environment. Great hardware store that is clean and has a variety of items affordable prices. Also the outside garden area was beautiful and large parking lot. I would recommend this hardware store definitely better customer service than the other companies in the area. We will be back since my son’s office and condo is a short distance.”
