“The staff at Best's Ace Hardware in Lewes, DE, are awesome. I am not a person who is handy, and a trip to the hardware store is not an occasion for fun, for me. If you go to the big hardware stores in town...forget about getting any help before your next birthday. At Ace, I am always greeted and asked if I need any help as soon as I go in the door. And I always do need help! I surely need to take a moment to specifically call out one of the managers ,Sheila. She, like several employees here, have been working cheerfully here for a very long time, and they are always super helpful. I just ordered a big ticket item they had competing with Amazon during Prime Days and something happened and it was no longer available... but they called promptly and offered me another color that wasn't on sale at the same price. Now THAT'S 5-star service!”

“Wow ! We came to buy two blinds . We met Randal . He was kind, thoughtful and unbelievably helpful. We had just left Home Depot. What difference!. Person there was not Randal . He wasn't into giving much information information and we would have had to wait two weeks . HD choices were more expensive too . Randal was great !”
