“I had an amazing experience at this AT&T store thanks to Carlos! From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a friendly attitude and made us feel welcome. He took the time to help with my daughter’s phone, answered all of our questions, and explained everything clearly without making us feel rushed. Carlos gave us great recommendations on phones and accessories that fit our needs instead of trying to upsell us. He also found discounts and options that ended up saving us a lot of money, which we really appreciated. His communication, professionalism, and customer service were outstanding from start to finish. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about helping customers, ask for Carlos. I highly recommend this AT&T store and will definitely be coming back!”

“Shout out to Curtis, who was awesome!!!!! He is very knowledgeable and personable! We are older and not up to date with electronics, he was so patient and kind and funny. If we have any issues with our phones…..watch out Curtis we will be coming back to see you.”
