A week later the phone was in. I went to pick it up. A different person was there. He was rude and actually shut off the service without telling me. Another rep from another store eventually helped me. I would not go back to the store in Suburban plaza”
“Eric is the man! So I expected to need a new charging port. Eric takes my phone and in less than 2 minutes he cleans the port so it worked. I felt silly but he explained that it just takes experience. He was professional and courteous and explained how to prevent the issue in the future. If I need repair, I come, I ask for Eric now. Awesome experience”
“After spending DAYS circling the drain on the abysmal website and the worst call center in the world .....I finally went in person and was helped by Alexandria who was AMAZING! She was able to address my issue immediately, was caring and knowledgeable. The best of all was she provided me with information about products and my account options without being super pushy. We will be coming back to see her again for all our future phone purchases! You are lucky to have her for an employee!”
“My family and I came in at the end of June to upgrade phones and get change our plan. We walked in at 7 pm, knowing they close at 8, thinking it wouldn't take more than an hour. Our friend Yovani walked us through all of our choices, found ways to save more and get more with our plan, and stayed past closing time to make sure everything was working properly. He is an absolute gem to this Verizon store. We've had hit or miss with some Verizon stores, but will definitely go back with the service we've received from Yovani!!!!”

“Went in last night Saturday 11/22/2025. Wish I would’ve got the workers name. Young guy. I was having a terrible issue with my charging port. I thought for sure I’d be paying for a new phone. Dude went above and beyond to clean the entire thing out and it’s working perfectly now. I typically wouldn’t go out of my way to write a review but this dude definitely deserves it. The manager there needs to recognize what a great worker you’ve got.”

My screen protector broke and he gladly took care of me. Guiding me to choose the best ones, he was super professional, courteous, and polite. Also he put the screen protector on with complete ease and it was ABSOLUTELY SPOT ON PERFECT!!!
