After 3 hours of anguish dealing with Verizon Corporate Customer Service, we visited the Verizon store to resolve our issue - lack of network coverage at our home. Malachi was courteous, patient, and persistent in dealing with Verizon Corporate and with us. After 2 hours, he was successful in convincing his corporate peers to accept his solution to resolving our issue. In general our experience wirh Verizon was awful, but Malachi succeeded in fixing our problem, despite repeated failures from corporate; all while maintaining good humor and excellent customer relationship with us.”
