“Picking up the vehicle was fairly straightforward as I had a reservation through my credit card. The vehicle I received was in good condition, with no foul orders or noticeable damage to the vehicle. It did take some time to get the vehicle as there were only one or two staff members. When I returned the vehicle, I also had the same issue of having to wait, but the person checking the vehicle back in was extremely nice and apologized for the wait.
The reason I’m deducting a star is due to the parking situation. I’m certain most visitors don’t have personal vehicles. However, I usually rent a car when I’m driving out of state. Parking was a nightmare because there was limited space for people to be dropped off or for someone to wait for them. On top of that, there were cars being checked out and checked in.”

“I called this location because we were going to have to exchange cars due to oil change light turning on. Sarah looked up the records for car we had and figured out that the oil change meter was likely not reset on the last oil change. She walked me through how to reset it. She was immensely more helpful than the person I spoke to via the 1-800 number the evening before. So glad I called this location!”
