“No problems. Fast & easy! Inside the airport, quick walk to car. Customer service representatives were friendly! No problems receiving my car after normal hours because they have someone working during certain hours after close for Avelo flights. Drop off was a little further away. Need to follow signs for drop off can be confusing. 7 passenger SUV did not have much trunk space.”

I've had to extend my vehicle many times and she is brilliant about making sure my needs are taken care of thru my rental process. She provides A PLUS customer service , when you rent one of her vehicles you can rest assured this company makes things smooth and easy. An additional note here on a personal level, she listened to my rant about why I needed a vehicle ASAP and this is unheard of these days! I felt like a person and not a bottom dollar. I will use this company again and highly recommend it.”

“The customer service has always been Benchmark standards so will definitely be using Enterprise in the future!! If I had to find something it would be having to pay for the Sunday even though you have returned the unit in a Saturday. That doesn’t make any sense to me and would like to be excused from that as I am a loyal customer and we rent numerous Enterprise vehicles for Enterprise at Dassault Falcon Jet at the New Castle Airport. Other than that awesome job team!!”

Shanice was extremely professional and pleasant, she had the car that was promised to us, made sure it was clean and sanitized, and spent the time to orient us to vehicle operation. Most importantly, she treated us with respect and smiles in total contrast to the other rental company! I suggest anyone looking at reviews here disregard the previous negative reviews as they are very old.”
