“I called this location because we were going to have to exchange cars due to oil change light turning on. Sarah looked up the records for car we had and figured out that the oil change meter was likely not reset on the last oil change. She walked me through how to reset it. She was immensely more helpful than the person I spoke to via the 1-800 number the evening before. So glad I called this location!”

The personalized service I received from Tremaine was refreshing, she checked on me after the vehicle switch to ensure I was satisfied. This is a smaller location than I’m used to renting from so they don’t have as many car options, especially for customers with status. “I rented a car for my daughter to take her road test and it felt like everything was going wrong for me. However, the staff went above and beyond to get her a car for this test. My insurance company was giving mixed them answers and the lady that works for Penguin made multiple calls to them, until things got sorted out...which we all know what a hassle those calls can be. As she was working on this, their systems crashed(about an hour before closing) and they were calling my insurance company and trying to get it back up at the same time. She ended up manually writing us up a contract so my daughter could take her test first thing the next morning. Tbh they could have told us we were SOL but they were patient and kind and made it happen for us and this speaks to the type of people they are. If any of the staff ever see this...it meant so much to us and sincerely, thank you all!”
