“Everest has been the only mechanic shop I will take my car to for over a decade, nearly 2 decades. In a college town, most mechanics are looking to get as much money out of "mom and dad" as possible and take advantage of a lot of young people who don't know much about their cars. Ever since they were first recommended to me (after getting cheated hard by another shop in the area), I have never felt like they were taking advantage. They tell you when something needs fixing but can be put off until you can afford it. They are incredibly busy so sometimes you have to wait a week or so for an appointment but the wait is worth it.”

“Owner of a 2014 Acura MDX that I purchased in 2016. Since 2016 the transmission has never shifted "smoothly" and over the last two years it had gotten progressively worse. After a couple of costly dealership "Band-aid" fixes it was time to bring it to to a real transmission shop. After extensive online research I chose Benchmark Transmission. Benchmark correctly diagnosed it as needing a new transmission. They installed the new transmission and correctly coded it to my vehicle. The MDX now shifts like it was new with no issues. “My husband and I recently decided to retire our 2008 Subaru Outback. We visited Ourisman Subaru in Newark, Delaware and met Laura Hart-Siano. She sat us down and picked our brains about all things Subaru, making lists and explaining in graphic detail (yes, she literally drew a chart from memory) of the different features in each of the Outback models. During our first test drive of a 2025 Outback, Laura demonstrated how to operate the more “modern” features of the vehicle.
