“The checking process was simple and quick. The pickup service made things super easy and helpful. However the return process was slow. Only one young lady in the office she was cleaning, showing cars and zipping around. This facility is short staffed on a day with extreme weather conditions.”

The team there, especially Kyle, was able to expedite my processing and get me on the road in time to make my appointment. His professionalism, courtesy, and friendly nature was a welcome relief in an environment where most customer service is dead!

“The staff at this location are always so friendly and helpful. We have rented from this location a number of times, always with great results. My most recent trip involved an extended rental but then had complications and a change in return date. They even worked with us on what was supposed to be a prepaid, nonrefundable contract when my elderly travel companion had to be brought home suddenly. Real human beings with a great attitude. Five stars!”
