“The checking process was simple and quick. The pickup service made things super easy and helpful. However the return process was slow. Only one young lady in the office she was cleaning, showing cars and zipping around. This facility is short staffed on a day with extreme weather conditions.”

I was very pressed for time and arrived before opening (to ensure that I would be 1st customer). The team there, especially Kyle, was able to expedite my processing and get me on the road in time to make my appointment. His professionalism, courtesy, and friendly nature was a welcome relief in an environment where most customer service is dead!

“Best experience with rental place. First the customer sevice was amazing. They explained the process and what I was paying for. Showed me a vaiety of vehicles and recommended what would be best. Prices were reasonable and vehicles were well maintained. Never felt rushed or overwhelmed and any questions or concerns I had were responded to in a timely manner. Thank you. “Picked up a long-term rental today. The entire process was quick and easy. Forgot the name of the Owner, but he was a pleasure to interact/deal with and was very accommodating when it came time to answer the few questions I had.I had to swap out the original vehicle because of pet hair (and I'm highly allergic), but again, the Owner was VERY accommodating, couldn't stop apologizing for the oversight and got me into a better, cleaner vehicle with no issue/complaint and rather quickly. (That's the only reason for the 4-star. Wish I could have rated a 4.5 or even a 4.75!)This location is a bit of a drive to get to, but based on this 1st interaction, I am more than willing to take the journey especially when dealing with the high-level of excellent customer service!”

“The staff at this location are always so friendly and helpful. We have rented from this location a number of times, always with great results. My most recent trip involved an extended rental but then had complications and a change in return date. They even worked with us on what was supposed to be a prepaid, nonrefundable contract when my elderly travel companion had to be brought home suddenly. Real human beings with a great attitude. Five stars!”
