“These guys are awesome! I went there a few years ago as a newbie for a radio, while I was happy with it, as I learned more about them I found they had sold me a very good radio. While it was more than I needed at the time, I didn't have to upgrade as I learned more about them. Very happy with that purchase!Recently I was having a problem and stopped in late in the afternoon. Tim diagnosed the problem in about five minutes, and he was able to repair it immediately, which was unexpected.Not only do they give great service, but they seem to be a real good group of people. Highly recommend these guys!”

“I earned my first amateur radio license about 9 months ago. HRO is my preferred choice. I have come to trust that they have reputable products, service is great if there is an issue, and the pricing is as good as a person can do. But this store amazes me because I can order something at mid-day in PA and it arrives from DE the very next day. Most of my items have had free standard shipping because I met the minimum. Incredible one day delivery time is what compelled me to leave this review for this store. Seldom do I need anything on short notice, but I love good service in a larger world that often doesn't seem to care.”

“If you're trying to look up a resource for quality printers/parts/filaments with excellent customer service, then i have good news for you: The search is over.I am a very challenging customer generally speaking because i expect a certain standard of customer service when spending a significant amount of money. Printed Solid sat down with me multiple times for upwards of an hour answering all of my questions, responded to several emails with detailed instructions and links, and were very professional and personable.I must have had about 50-70 different questions before making a purchase of a Prusa MK3. Not only were they all answered, but they provided me with way more detail and expertise than i could have even thought to ask for.I'm not sure i could think of any criticism for them at this time. Prices are reasonable, they have excellent customer service and post purchase support, their website is proper and easy to navigate, they have plenty of items in stock, their knowledge base is effectively unmatched, and they print things every single day so they know what types of issues or challenges you may come across.Printed Solid has earned 5/5 stars and my highest recommendation. You wanna fus around with a cheap printer and browse forums from 3 years ago trying to troubleshoot? Be my guest. You wanna actually print things and skip the nonsense? Look no further.”

“A big shout-out and well done to the folks at Overture and in particular Robert Bobo, Jamie Wilson, and Cory Beaver. I was looking to upgrade my phono preamp and found Overture with an online search. They gave me an excellent trade-in price (a rare thing indeed!) for my existing preamp (a Parasound JC3 Jr) towards a new Parasound JC3+. The transaction was fast and seamless and I soon had the new JC3+...which turned out to be a defective unit, the first time that's ever happened to me with a new piece of audio gear. Overture contacted Parasound, I shipped the defective unit back to Overture and in just a few days had another new JC3+, which sounds absolutely sublime. It was a pleasure doing business with the Overture professionals and I highly recommend them. I will certainly use Overture in the future!”

She told me about promotions that T-Mobile was having and I decided to purchase trackers. She was very patient and explained them so this non tech person could understand. “Great service. I went there to get a new glass screen cover for my phone. I've been to the Peoples Plaza store two times within the last month and a half for the same item and was told it wasn't in stock.The employee took my information and said it would arrive by mail and to bring it by to have it installed. It never arrived. So I went to this store today for the same item and was greeted by two very helpful young men that got me all squared away. They informed me that I was to receive an email confirmation that the order was placed and was advised to hang out a minute to confirm that the order went through which it did very quickly. The employee at the Peoples Plaza store never made mention of this ever on both visits ..I'm not sure if the employee needs additional training or what as the young gentleman at this store were very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks again guys and great job.!”

W was the President.So naturally I was skeptical about these so called “smart” phones. But the folks at this T Mobile alleviated my concerns about the uprising of artificial intelligence.Did you know phones get video on them now? “Quirky and eclectic. It’s so much so they even sell film here. Yes, photography geeks, they have film! What’s even stranger is the film prices were good. A friend ordered a 3 pack of Fuji Superia 400 35mm film for a really good price online. I found Lomography Metropolis and CineStill 800t in stock at this location and once again a really good price. I don’t use Fuji Instax film or disposable cameras but they have them too.”

“I always love this 711 but the last 2 days there was this very nice lady named Christine there advertising the new instore made cookies ,and new coffee machines, She was also giving out samples. She was the most friendly, professional and sweet person. She had such a great attitude and you could tell how excited and happy she was. I loved every bit of her energy. If everyone in the world had her attitude and mind set the world would be such a better place. I just had to shout her out because you don't see this much anymore.
