See, I have a massive infection in my leg which can give off a TERRIBLE odor if not changed daily or sometimes twice daily. I hadn't changed them yet and I know it smelled bad. I think her name was Jesse. Anyway, she was extremely polite even though I know she was suffering. Metro should be proud to have an employee with such excellent customer service!”
