“The staff at Best's Ace Hardware in Lewes, DE, are awesome. I am not a person who is handy, and a trip to the hardware store is not an occasion for fun, for me. If you go to the big hardware stores in town...forget about getting any help before your next birthday. At Ace, I am always greeted and asked if I need any help as soon as I go in the door. I just ordered a big ticket item they had competing with Amazon during Prime Days and something happened and it was no longer available... but they called promptly and offered me another color that wasn't on sale at the same price. Now THAT'S 5-star service!”

“One of the last Mom & Pop stores in our area... Yes, you pay a little more but the quality of service is still there... If you need a thingamabob or a whatchamacallit... Their is nothing better then a local Store... Say hi to Karen when your in there.. Known her for years and she and the rest of the crew are always very helpful”
