“Great store with a good atmosphere. Every cashier I’ve interacted with has been great, though occasionally I have noticed that they are talked down to by who I assume are their supervisors. I think they do a great job considering it is likely their first! Otherwise, the store has a great selection and is always extremely clean and easily maneuverable, which has always been my complaint about Giant in the past. Definitely will keep my business!”

“I work for Crozer Women’s Health, and I am very new to working in healthcare. Dara came to set up our Stellar and get a few issues fixed that we had. She was so kind to take extra time to come to all of our locations and always with a smile on her face. She set up training to help me learn how to use my badge and use the stellar box. She also said we can call her if we ever have any issues anytime, and I can even FaceTime her if that makes it easier for me. Just little things like that help make my job so much easier. (Especially someone who is completely new to this) she is a keeper!”

“The Marsh Rd. Rite Aid Pharmacy is the best in this area. I have found the cheapest co-pays for prescriptions. Also the staff and the Pharmacist on daytime (the Pharmacy Manager), is the most helpful Pharmacist I have every encountered. All of the staff in this store are so helpful, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain any question that I may have. I only go to this Pharmacy/Drug store now.”
“My primary care doctor is on the third floor of the same building. A few years ago I thought I would give Metro a try. I never turned back. Sam is so honest and caring. I have so many illnesses and I take a ton of medications. Sometimes I forget to call in refills but it doesn’t matter because Sam calls to remind me that it’s time to fill them and that he’ll have them ready in a few minutes. If I’m sick he will have someone drop off my medications and he won’t charge me a dime for the medications until the next time I come in. Can you imagine Walgreens or CVS doing that? NOT!! I love Sam at Metro Pharmacy and I wouldn’t go to any other Pharmacy. I would recommend using them. . ?”

“Exceeded my expectations. They have a pretty nice selection and most of it was a huge savings over anything I'm used to buying. Jameson was a big savings, although I'm told Kirkland whiskey is great and even cheaper. All the Kirkland wine and Prosecco we bought was great and ridiculously cheap. Even picked up a German beer advent calendar I'm excited for. Some of the beer is at cost, most of the local stuff, but the cases of Sam Adams was a pretty big savings. Beer selection isn't huge though. But can't go wrong here.”
“Biotech is one of the most professional nursing skilled people I have dealt with. I had to get a Vyept Infusion in the neurologist office. He did not have the infusion center set up. I felt really bad for Nurse because it took us 2 1/2 hours to do a 30 minute infusion. She was very professional very kind and then my second infusion is going to be done in my home which is good for me because I’m blind and I don’t drive. They are very good about working with your schedule understanding your needs and being professional and kind at the same time I would highly recommend these this company, Sherrie Phillips, Chesapeke, Virginia.”

“First visit today to this location the female pharmacist was very helpful. Media rite aid closed w/o notice and this lady fixed my prescription problems. Disgrace how they closed media location and gave nobody any notice then sent my prescriptions to CVS in media w/o my knowledge or consent.”

“Can't believe that I'm just getting around to a review of this place considering how long we've been coming here.
Noticing that a lot of Rite Aids have been closing, but glad that this one hasn't. This one is just a few storefronts away from the wife's job and it feels like there's something for me every other day. I have bipolar disorder and am currently on 13 different meds to help manage both that and some of the side effects from other meds I'm taking. Hate to say it, but big Pharma loves to see us coming each month. Bad thing is that we're in there so much that they have my birthdate memorized and when they see the wife coming in, they already have my meds on the counter. They also do things like dispensing flu shots which is helpful and auto med refills. Thank you!
The counter help is always pleasant and you're greeted when you enter and exit. While I grow weary of taking so many pills per day, it's nice to have people waiting on you who take good care of you.”

“I just went onto this website to check into guidelines on what latest COVID vac. to book and when in relation take it to my flu shot and saw the reviews section. I thought I should leave one to comment on the excellent care I receive and was astounded there was negative reviews. I have been fortunate to have found this Rite Aid at Polly Drummond.I pass by 2 other Rite Aids to work with Ben (Pharmacist and Hana also in the Pharmacy. My insurance had me (+/or) y grandchildren) going to Walgreens or CVS and sometimes more than 1 at the same time) to fill our multitude of medications. We also have a many OTC meds we are required to take (Salt tabs for POTS, Colace, Metamucil, and MANY, MANY more). I remain at this Rite Aid because of Ben and Hana! They help me work with the insurance companies and their outrageous rules (prior auth every 6 monthe this year when it was every year before.Then rules changed as they turn different ages from 18 to 21 with the insurance companies. They are so patient, kind, helpful and caring and try to guide me. i have 3 special needs grandchildren that are amazing and they recognize them by name and always ask about them.”

“The customer service is helpful and knowledgeable. The pharmacy personnel are extremely friendly and always happy. I love that Walgreens. I am not sure what the review was about racist. People always ask if you need help in the aisles, that is what most stores do. There is too much thief and they have policies to follow. So, the only thing I see is I wish prices would go down.....”
