People always ask if you need help in the aisles, that is what most stores do. There is too much thief and they have policies to follow. So, the only thing I see is I wish prices would go down.....”

“I work for Crozer Women’s Health, and I am very new to working in healthcare. Dara came to set up our Stellar and get a few issues fixed that we had. She was so kind to take extra time to come to all of our locations and always with a smile on her face. She set up training to help me learn how to use my badge and use the stellar box. She also said we can call her if we ever have any issues anytime, and I can even FaceTime her if that makes it easier for me. Just little things like that help make my job so much easier. (Especially someone who is completely new to this) she is a keeper!”

“My husband and myself have nothing but great things to say about Boothwyn Pharmacy and it's staff. It is the most reliable pharmacy in our area and the staff are always helpful, friendly, and respectful. We have used them for I believe, close to a decade, it could be more. I have never had any issues with them. The pharmacists are very welcoming. I had an issue in with one of my medications a couple years ago, that with insurance it would cost me a copay of $100. Anthony went out of his way to help me find a discount card so I am able to only pay $10 a month. They help me renew it each year. That is such a huge blessing to save $90 a month to be able to fill my medicine. Otherwise, there would be times when I would not be able to get it filled. I am grateful for all of the pharmacists and staff at Boothwyn. They have never treated me or anyone in my family like a transaction or rudely, in the way that staff from other chain pharmacies in the area have. The staff are wonderful and they are also excellent in what they do.”

“Biotech is one of the most professional nursing skilled people I have dealt with. I had to get a Vyept Infusion in the neurologist office. He did not have the infusion center set up. I felt really bad for Nurse because it took us 2 1/2 hours to do a 30 minute infusion. She was very professional very kind and then my second infusion is going to be done in my home which is good for me because I’m blind and I don’t drive. They are very good about working with your schedule understanding your needs and being professional and kind at the same time I would highly recommend these this company, Sherrie Phillips, Chesapeke, Virginia.”

“My primary care doctor is on the third floor of the same building. A few years ago I thought I would give Metro a try. I never turned back. Sam is so honest and caring. I have so many illnesses and I take a ton of medications. Sometimes I forget to call in refills but it doesn’t matter because Sam calls to remind me that it’s time to fill them and that he’ll have them ready in a few minutes. If I’m sick he will have someone drop off my medications and he won’t charge me a dime for the medications until the next time I come in. Can you imagine Walgreens or CVS doing that? NOT!! I love Sam at Metro Pharmacy and I wouldn’t go to any other Pharmacy. I would recommend using them. . ?”

“What else is there to say about this location, it is an Acme Market, it appears very similar to other locations that I have been in, and also appears similar to other stores owned by the parent company, such as Albertson's, Safeway, and other prominent stores in the umbrella. This location's only rela difference is the ample amount of Tastykake, Herr's, and Utz products that they manage to sell, as an individual who used to reside in this arra, I am overwhelmed by the diversity of options that they sell at this store, as it brings joy, but also confusion. Additionally, it is the closest location to the University of Delaware, and was formerly the Kmart location in Newark that served students for nearly 35 years.”

“Mark Isabella is the most wonderful pharmacist on earth! He is consistently nice despite angry customers constantly complaining to him and the pharmacy techs every time I come in. He is consistently optimistic and helpful and when I was sick, he filled my prescription very quickly in an urgent situation. (Pharmacists are overworked these days --- be nice, people!) I'm just so grateful that pharmacists like him exist to help navigate the minefield that is insurance trying to fill meds. It's not even always uniformly good customer service at Walgreens but he is an exception and a fabulous plus to the Limestone Rd location. Please give this man and the pharmacy techs a gold star and a raise!”
