“Valero is my favorite gas station. They have a lot of handy and practical items. And the rewards program is decent. I save on drinks, soap & sanitizer, as well as gas. I tried their handsoap 'Vish' after earning a free bottle and it's my favorite!”

“If you happen to be in the Smyrna area and have cash available to pay for gas this location consistently has much lower gas prices than anywhere nearby. You won't find any gas cheaper unless you travel much further down state. The only knock I have for this location is The Limited hours. You don't have the ability to pay cash at night or super early in the morning. And if you happen to go during a time people are getting off work this seems to be a favorite spot to buy lottery tickets so you might have to wait in line.”

“my favorite wawa in the area!! had a wonderful experience today with an employee named kisha, i chatted with her about how i had just had an interview and she hyped me up. and listening to the other employees talking, everyone seemed like they were having a good day. it makes me happy to see people as happy as one can be at work. everyone at this wawa is always very friendly, wonderful people, and the food always hits. it isn't perfect, it's gas station food, but for what it is, it slaps. give everyone at this store a raise immediately”
887 North Broad Street, Middletown DE 19709

“A nice place if you're thirsting but the prices are a little high as well as the gas will be all know is out and over the limits but I guess they have to make some money to cover the covid-19 shots along with any others cost.”

“I can't say enough good things about WaWa store #828 at Boyd's Corner! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly sets this location apart. I always drive the extra mile just to experience the exceptional customer service and satisfaction here. Mike, Jacob, Jade, Maddie, Stefanie, and the rest of the crew (sorry if I missed anyone!) are simply amazing! The store is always organized, well-stocked, and spotless. It's clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. If this isn’t Delaware’s top-listed WaWa, it absolutely should be! My name is Alan, and most of the employees know me because I come here all the time. I just wanted to leave a nice review and say thank you to the entire team. Keep up the fantastic work! You’ve definitely earned a loyal customer for life!”
Summit Bridge Road Suite 4495, Middletown DE 19709

“the lady cooking was super attentive, meaning she nailed my order, some random weird/sketchy dude came in with a online order, she was on top of it! This type of person should be a manager!-i should note,I am from Florida and don't know anyone here. Giving a honest review. just my honest view of what I saw tonight l. Honestly thought I should have stuck around for a bit to monitor to the crazy dude be she handled it .. Impressive really...”

528 West Main Street, Middletown DE 19709
“They are by fsr the friendliest one in middletown. There are times food is not out for breakfast and coffee is out and not ready in time. But this is a good wawa”
500 Jimmy Drive, Smyrna DE 19977
“Its just like any other Wawa, just a little busier since it's right off the highway. There are 2 employees there that are just rude. One seems to hate her job, while the other one is short and nasty until the next customer comes up and he has a whole different attitude, while others stereotype. I don't feel comfortable in this wawa.”
1228 Middletown Warwick Rd, Middletown DE 19709
“The gas price here is almost always at least $.10 a gallon cheaper than any other station nearby. But be warned: the prices are low because they keep their costs low so a pump might not be working on a given day and you might have to hunt for the pump that does work. But the credit card readers generally work if the pump is open.”
412 North 6th Street, Odessa DE 19730
“Best gas station in the Odessa area. The fellows manning it are always a delight. Only complaint is the getting out can be a pain since it is on a busy road but that ain't their fault.”
304 North Dupont Boulevard, Smyrna DE 19977
“Attending Royal Farms during my morning commute to work is a daily must have. They always have fresh chicken and coffee. Store #146 has the best diverse staff who excel in customer service. From Ms Angie at the front cash register who always greets everyone when entering, to the professionalism that Ms. Dianna always delegates to her team members and Ms. Jakara who’s so hands on and welling to teach all associates. My favorite deli cook is Aaron who is not only courteous but always polite.”
5481 Dupont Parkway, Smyrna DE 19977
“Ive always had a pleasurable experience with this gas station. The staff are like family to me and no matter how busy it is, they have always been respectful and reasonable. The bathrooms are always decent and maintained, despite thousands of peiple visiting the establishment each day. Definitely my choice of gas station, and Definitely would recommend the stop. Plus the cashier always has good luck picking out scratchers.😅”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

The truck stop company will upgrade its stores through its Strategic Remodel Initiative, which started in 2022. Read the postTexas-born Buc-ee's is changing the way people think about gas stations and convenience stores. This chain is known for its huge stores along highways, some with over 100 fuel pumps. With its funny billboard ads, award-winning clean bathrooms, and branded items Buc-ee’s is hard to miss. The company wants people to actually plan to stop at Buc-ee's during road trips, not just go there as a last resort. And it's working - the chain has a huge fan base, with Facebook groups dedicated to Buc-ee's having hundreds of thousands of members.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
