“Very helpful & courteous staff, no pressure, and a good selection, we were interested in Thermador appliances, and we did not have to ask about the special BOGO the manufacturer was offering, it was posted in the store. There was no run around. Our salesperson Judy did not try to upsell us an expensive warranty or anything else. We went to 5 stores, ABC was, by far, the best. You don't hear as much about them as you do some of the others, and I don't know why. We got straight talk, and a decent deal. They also deliver, install, and service what they sell.”
“I had an idea of what I wanted when I went to the store in Philly. Laurel listened to me and offered to show me different pieces based on what I was looking for. I am so happy I agreed to her suggestion. I was indecisive and kept going back and forth about a couple of things. She patiently discussed everything with me, answered all my questions, and gave me several swatches for me to consider. She also emailed me the three different options I was considering. There was no pressure to purchase anything. Laurel was kind, patient, respectful, and an overall pleasure to work with.”

Yes, they were a little older models, but very generously sized and very very cold. I think both were about $280 a few years apart. They delivered on time and were very courteous. Would recommend and would go back!”

“This is a great place to get ideas. Some things are online only, but there is a lot to see here in the showroom. We did not make an appointment, but Christina was so friendly, helpful, and full of knowledge, and she helped us anyway after her last appointment ended. We were able to get a really great sale price on the item we were shopping for, and she followed up to make sure we were able to place the order.”

“We had a great experience at BigCentric Appliance Store. Robert, our salesperson, was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The products we were interested in were available on display, which made it much easier to see and compare everything in person.
There was absolutely no pressure to buy or to steer us in any particular direction. Robert answered all of our questions honestly and clearly, which we really appreciated.
The pricing was very reasonable, and they were accommodating with delivery scheduling as well. Overall, a smooth and straightforward experience. I highly recommend this store.”
