While it was more than I needed at the time, I didn't have to upgrade as I learned more about them. Very happy with that purchase!Recently I was having a problem and stopped in late in the afternoon. I was looking to upgrade my phono preamp and found Overture with an online search. They gave me an excellent trade-in price (a rare thing indeed!) for my existing preamp (a Parasound JC3 Jr) towards a new Parasound JC3+. The transaction was fast and seamless and I soon had the new JC3+...which turned out to be a defective unit, the first time that's ever happened to me with a new piece of audio gear. Overture contacted Parasound, I shipped the defective unit back to Overture and in just a few days had another new JC3+, which sounds absolutely sublime. “There was a spectacular employee working here that tried her best to be speedy although she was working alone, she tried to get everyone the best deals and showed she was knowledgeable about the products, but most impressively she showed amazing tact. See, I have a massive infection in my leg which can give off a TERRIBLE odor if not changed daily or sometimes twice daily. I hadn't changed them yet and I know it smelled bad. I think her name was Jesse. Anyway, she was extremely polite even though I know she was suffering. Metro should be proud to have an employee with such excellent customer service!”

“Withholding scripts already filled for a waiting customer who stepped out a moment to DollarTree store across the parking lot, as usual. Clerk with handicap, pretended that the script was not filled. It was a political statement I've learned. Walked away knowing script was indeed filled. However, target is always wrong here. Exiting store a Police SUV with, K9 in back, pulled into lot and officer entering the store.
Decided to return another time. Called the store and returned another day to pick up script. Same clerk said, not filled. I split. I returned another day...

Withheld necessary meds from customer for no obvious reasons would take a bold individual. A bit daunting these intimidations rejections are too numerous to spend time on.
Eventually the girl gave up the scripts dated couple weeks earlier. Felt bad for that girl.

“I visited this location today and had a very good experience with the 3 employees who assisted my grandmother and I. Upon entering the store I was greeted immediately by two friendly faces a man and a woman (they wrote their names down for me but I misplaced the paper), the man instantly helped my grandmother and I. He was very informative and patient due to a mix up with our previous provider. He helped as much as he could and we left very satisfied with our visit to this location. I would definitely recommend this location because not only did the employees treat us with over the top great customer service but each customer after us got the same great service as we did. Also the location was clean inside and out and the atmosphere was professional but relaxed so overall it was a 10/10 experience I will definitely be returning for any of my T mobile needs. I was at this location on 10/15 around noon.”
