“Amazing service, extremely friendly and highly knowledgeable. Helped me build a custom scooter within my budget and gave a very generous deal on a used part. One of the only pro scooter shops on the east coast and he is in the business simply for the love of the sport. Deserves nothing less than 5.0 stars. The only low ratings give zero explaination as to their thought process behind the low rating, which should speak for itself. Would recommend to anybody looking to build a high end custom or get an absurdly good deal on a used scooter.”

“I went to Famous Footwear at Concord Mall, Wilmington, DE today to get clarification on a pair of Nike sneakers I had just purchased online a few days prior for my grandson for Christmas. The packing order and the shoebox description did not match. I was assisted by Val who researched and cleared up my concerns within minutes and I was now comfortable that the contents were the correct shoes. Additionally, Val saw that the shoes in question were now on sale and offered to credit me the difference. Wow…this is outstanding customer service!”
