“If you want to feel seen, heard and cared for visit this lab.I had an issue with my lab results. I called the number listed on my lab results. I gave a very emotional dissatisfied complaint. They escalated my complaint and within an hour I received a call from the owner.Not only did she provide absolutely outstanding customer service but she also created a resolution.
