“We had to bring my nephew here to get his blood drawn, he is autistic and it's a feat to get most medical procedures done for him and the phlebotomists here were top notch. They made it so quick, we were seriously impressed by these ladies. A big thank you to you guys!!”

“Had blood drawn here over half-dozen times, so far, and only one issue. One of the visits they had a computer system issue which put them about 30 minutes behind schedule. Most times I have been called in before the appointment time. No issues with the staff drawing blood. Never had bruising or anything else indicating bad technique.”

“The Quest phlebotomists at this Walmart location are professional, efficient as well as warm and friendly. They also are attentive to safety protocols. The processes to make appointments online, check in via text, pay online, etc are very efficient and user-friendly.”

“If you want to feel seen, heard and cared for visit this lab.I had an issue with my lab results. I called the number listed on my lab results. I gave a very emotional dissatisfied complaint. They escalated my complaint and within an hour I received a call from the owner.Not only did she provide absolutely outstanding customer service but she also created a resolution. The most awe inspiring part is that she handled it with such grace and beauty she now has a lifetime patron and an advocate for her business.I have had a chronic disease for 26 years which requires semi annual or annual blood work monitoring. I feel seen, heard and cared for!I told her I will never forget her kindness and I won't!Jill, Thank you for being my rainbow amidst the storm.”
