Got a new iPad for my daughter since hers was broken. Guy named Aaron that helped us didn’t give me the SIM card for T-Mobile for the iPad so now I have to go get another one. Tried calling and of course they don’t answer.

Always help full staff. Somewhat of a waiting time but You have to understand every issue is different and may require more time to handle. Go in with your device and patience

Had appointment ,when I showed up on time I was told to have a seat . Watched about seven employees stand around and socialize then twenty minutes after appt. Time someone waited on me . Took three hours to change a iPhone 11 battery!
