I liked the customer service today I came to open my account in Chase for the first time and they treated me very well I don't speak English and Melanie Palacios helped me with my account she speaks little Spanish but it's good. Thank you Melanie

I came in to open a account, amazing customer service all around, from the moment I walked in until the moment I left, Nicholas was extremely helpful, very happy with the service.
