    “My sister and I had an AMAZING experience at this Hot Topic. The staff were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. They were the highlight of our day at the mall! We would honestly come back just to see the staff members again! Other than that, there were so many clothing options to pick from. Countless amount of Anime shirts, funny shirts, and of course lots of band tees! It is also a nice place to start building an alternative closet because there were many accessories and other clothing to pick from. I especially liked the displayed outfits with the clothes in the store, it really helped visualize how I would style each piece of clothing. Another feature I liked was the displays of newest trends in the front. It really grabs your attention and lives up to the name “Hot Topic”. This is literally a candy store for alternative people! Especially for newer generation of alts! Would 100% come back!!”

    “So I just wanted to write this review in light of an amazing super nice group of women that worked today(June 10th). I had bought a bag of chips and was happily enjoying them on the way out with my wife and kids when the bag ripped dumping the contents on the ground. I was saddened for a second but quickly bounced back and went in to ask for a broom to clean up my mess. The older African American cashier promptly found me a broom and I guess as I was cleaning g it up the manager in duty heard about me and actually refunded me a new bag of chips so thank you to that amazing crew of ladies....may yall all be blessed and highly favored.”

    “The location itself is pretty normal for what you'd expect for this chain. However, the staff here make it exceptional. We were greeted right when we walked in and told about all the different offers and sales that we're going on. We are also offered any help if we needed it while we walked around the store. I was looking for my niece as she really likes the shirts and hoodies that she can get here, however, they don't have one close to their house.As I walked around everything was in order and kept clean. It was easy to shop for the right size because they were clearly marked and in the right place. I like when stores do this because it makes it easier to grab what I want. They had a decent sized sale section in the back of the store for both men and women.At the register there were a couple people in line, however it moved very quickly. This doesn't mean that service lacked here. They were still just as friendly and welcoming at the register Bay. I was able to get one sweater and two T-shirts for just $20.Overall: AGreat experience with wonderful staff. Decent sized sale section!”

    “Francesca’s is one of my favorite shops for dresses. Their clothes are quality, fit right, and last for years. Renee helped me at Altamonte Mall and she was amazing. She helped me find some dresses that made me feel absolutely beautiful. She hand picked dresses, brought different sizes, and was very kind.     “This was the best Old Navy I have been to in the last year and I have been to many! The store manager (shame on me for not getting his name!) and the girl at the checkout counter were both very helpful, professional and very cheerful attitudes.     “I don’t usually expect much when shopping at the mall, but the PacSun at Altamonte completely changed that. They have an amazing selection, and the customer service is the best I’ve experienced at any PacSun. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes shopping easy by clearly explaining the current sales and promotions. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, my whole experience was enjoyable. A special shoutout to Tracy and the other manager with the dark hair. They were both welcoming, helpful, and genuinely made us feel valued as customers. If your kids are PacSun obsessed like mine, this is the spot to visit. Definitely our go to from here on!”
