“I had a really great experience at this location! Shortly after I entered the store I was approached by an associate named Emily, she was friendly and welcoming right away and I felt so comfortable opening up to her and letting her know the reason for my visit. After recently losing weight I was having issues with my bra size and was unsure of how to approach finding a new one. Emily gave me options for what I told her I wanted and bras that I liked previously. In addition to the bras I requested, she suggested a new style that I hadn't tried before. I was open to her ideas, but kind of skeptical to be honest. I tried on the one new style she brought, and honestly, I didn't want to take it off!!!! I was almost moved to tears, which probably sounds silly to most, but when you are struggling every day with comfort & support you'll understand! I highly recommend this location, as all the staff were awesome, especially Emily for going above and beyond for my visit!”

“We had a wonderful experience in this location. We had been searching for Loungefly Backpacks for our Disney Trip and had jus not seen any we wanted. Well this store had a GREAT selection. But the team member that helped us was what made our visit incredible. I do not remember her name bc I threw my receipt away...but is was Wed Dec 13th midday if her boss sees this lol. She searched the back for more product to make sure we saw everything, she listened to us talk about our trip and our service dogs with their mickey ears for the trip. She was absolutely wonderful .”

“Everyone working here was very nice & helpful. They were having trivia questions at the entrance in exchange for a drawing where you receive a coupon ranging from 10-30% off any item. The questions were multiple choice and very easy, you also got to choose between the movies category or traditional Halloween. I got 20% and my husband got 15% off and they could be used with additional promotions within the store. It definitely encouraged me to purchase items I would not have otherwise. I thought this was so cool because my usual Spencer's location never does anything fun like this!”

“Went to express for the first time ever to purchase a suit . The customer service an quality of care, concern an help I received from employee Vanely was phenomenal..she truly went above an beyond to help me find a suit (hints: pants ) that would fit my short self ..she never gave up for I wanted to rather quickly an needless to say I actually ended up purchasing a complete look to include the shirt… employee Vanely was so sweet, very attentive and patient lol …she was a blessing to be there in the store that day because I’d actually go back to express now to look around for other things .Thank you again”

“An adorable boutique style store that offers a variety of accessories and clothing options. They are on the second floor of the mall and near to Sephora if you are looking for it. The staff was very welcoming and offered me any help if I needed it.I ventured around and looked at all the fun stuff. Several of the fun tables caught my eye and things on them would make great gifts for a friend! I like their fun candles and jewelry.The clothing is not quite my style, but I could see myself buying a piece here or there when something does strike my interest! The fitting rooms were closed, as most places are doing right now.Overall: ACute little boutique style shop with fun items.”

“The staff is awesome. Went there and Nathaniel was super nice and knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy just let me know he was there if I needed any help, he explained the sales and what was new. When I was ready he got my shoes help me find a few other items I needed. Nathaniel’s customer service is 10/10. Also the cash register Jose was super nice and friendly. I got my items on sale and my military discount overall a great experience.”

“The location itself is pretty normal for what you'd expect for this chain. However, the staff here make it exceptional. We were greeted right when we walked in and told about all the different offers and sales that we're going on. We are also offered any help if we needed it while we walked around the store. I was looking for my niece as she really likes the shirts and hoodies that she can get here, however, they don't have one close to their house.As I walked around everything was in order and kept clean. It was easy to shop for the right size because they were clearly marked and in the right place. I like when stores do this because it makes it easier to grab what I want. They had a decent sized sale section in the back of the store for both men and women.At the register there were a couple people in line, however it moved very quickly. This doesn't mean that service lacked here. They were still just as friendly and welcoming at the register Bay. I was able to get one sweater and two T-shirts for just $20.Overall: AGreat experience with wonderful staff. Decent sized sale section!”

“My favorite perfume rollerball was running super low during Christmas, so I started looking around for great specials, and I scored. Wanted to get another rollerball, but you're paying $31 for only half of an ounce, so I decided to get another full bottle. Looking throughout different websites (Ulta, Lancome, Sephora) when I took a quick look on Macy's website and found the best price. For $128 (then add on $8 in taxes), I was able to get the refillable 5 fl oz/150ml sized bottle of La vie est Belle l'eau de parfum, which the refill for goes around $90, I am in love. This special also came with a lovely gift of six little makeup items and a pretty makeup bag for future use. This size of parfum usually goes for $168. Even the 3.4 oz one can be $144, so this price was wonderful.I decided to do an in-store pickup because, though I have never had a porch steal happen, one never knows, and this package was too pricey. The email with the instructions on where to pick up at the Altamonte Springs Mall was easy to follow. Walked in and showed my ID a good five minutes later, I was heading home with my purchase.”
