“My sister and I had an AMAZING experience at this Hot Topic. The staff were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. They were the highlight of our day at the mall! We would honestly come back just to see the staff members again! Other than that, there were so many clothing options to pick from. Countless amount of Anime shirts, funny shirts, and of course lots of band tees! It is also a nice place to start building an alternative closet because there were many accessories and other clothing to pick from. I especially liked the displayed outfits with the clothes in the store, it really helped visualize how I would style each piece of clothing. Another feature I liked was the displays of newest trends in the front. It really grabs your attention and lives up to the name “Hot Topic”. This is literally a candy store for alternative people! Especially for newer generation of alts! Would 100% come back!!”

“Ren was my salesperson and Im more than happy with my visit to the Vans location in the Altamonte Mall. Ren was so attentive, sweet and efficient. The moment I walked inside the store Ren welcomed me inside and asked if I needed assistance with anything just to ask. Then as I was ready to try out some shoes Ren mention to me a promotion that was ongoing which lead me to even pick up a second pair of shoes. Ren also laced up both pairs and helped me during checkout. During checkout we had a nice small talk conversation and I got signed up for Vans loyalty program. With that being said I actually look forward to purchasing my next pair of Vans from Ren who went above and beyond for me.”
“I’ve visited this store multiple times, both to pick up online orders and to browse and shop. Every time, the staff has been very friendly and helpful, and that consistency keeps me coming back. I love the products, and I appreciate that the staff always lets me know about new items they’ve just received and upcoming sales. “My favorite perfume rollerball was running super low during Christmas, so I started looking around for great specials, and I scored. Wanted to get another rollerball, but you're paying $31 for only half of an ounce, so I decided to get another full bottle. Looking throughout different websites (Ulta, Lancome, Sephora) when I took a quick look on Macy's website and found the best price. For $128 (then add on $8 in taxes), I was able to get the refillable 5 fl oz/150ml sized bottle of La vie est Belle l'eau de parfum, which the refill for goes around $90, I am in love. This special also came with a lovely gift of six little makeup items and a pretty makeup bag for future use. This size of parfum usually goes for $168. Even the 3.4 oz one can be $144, so this price was wonderful.I decided to do an in-store pickup because, though I have never had a porch steal happen, one never knows, and this package was too pricey. The email with the instructions on where to pick up at the Altamonte Springs Mall was easy to follow. Walked in and showed my ID a good five minutes later, I was heading home with my purchase.”
