“Great deals on super designer fashion. Friendly and helpful staff and the merchandise is always neat and presentable. Plenty of parking and also for the handicap as well, the parking lots are always clean and very close to the entrance.

“Everyone was friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of all kind of styles of clothes and it’s very clean and pleasant compared to other Marshall locations I have been to. I had some trouble with one of my items and Wendy B went the extra mile and made sure I was taken care of. Only reason why I didn’t give them 5 stars is due to the long wait times, though any Marshall’s, Home Goods, or TJ Maxx I’ve been to has this same issue.”

“I have to recognize Grace in the Intimates/Lingerie department! She is truly one of the best employees I have ever encountered.
I’m 4’11” with a larger bust and small frame, and I have hated bra shopping my entire life—to the point that I usually send my mom to do it for me! 😂 Grace completely changed that experience. She was incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable instead of embarrassed or frustrated.
She took her time with me and somehow found me a bra that checked EVERY box: perfect fit, support, comfort, and even sexiness! For the first time, I actually left bra shopping feeling happy and confident.
Grace went above and beyond when she absolutely didn’t have to. Dillard’s is lucky to have her, and I truly hope she gets the recognition she deserves. She is an absolute gem! ❤”
“So I just wanted to write this review in light of an amazing super nice group of women that worked today(June 10th). I had bought a bag of chips and was happily enjoying them on the way out with my wife and kids when the bag ripped dumping the contents on the ground. I was saddened for a second but quickly bounced back and went in to ask for a broom to clean up my mess. The older African American cashier promptly found me a broom and I guess as I was cleaning g it up the manager in duty heard about me and actually refunded me a new bag of chips so thank you to that amazing crew of ladies....may yall all be blessed and highly favored.”

“We needed to purchase a furniture item from Macy’s and needed to view it in the store. Our salesperson, Santiago, went the extra mile to help us find what we were looking for. He did not hover or push a sale but was very easy to work with. NO PRESSURE. Would definitely seek him out again.”

“My 10yo daughter’s favorite shop. She would give it 5 stars but a for me it’s a little overpriced. Staff is helpful when needed. Good selection and I’m so glad their location is freestanding so we don’t have to go to the mall. I typically go to TJ Maxx next door while she shops. Clean and well lit.”
“I stopped by recently and picked up some delineator posts and they had what I needed in stock as usual. Safety ER has handled our safety equipment and supplies for years and have always taken good care of us. I appreciate the small local business feel and the great customer service.”
“When to pick up a drive up order at 9pm tonight and the guy was running sooo fast with all the orders, the pick up was slammed and he singlehandedly ran everyone their orders while being extremely nice, I tried to catch his name but he was just so efficient. It started with a “F” I believe. Give him a raise. I’ve never seen someone work that hard.”

The store was very well organized and the aisle were not clutter with items all over the floor like some stores we've visited. The store attendant was very courteous and helped us locate and purchase items we needed.”

“My favorite perfume rollerball was running super low during Christmas, so I started looking around for great specials, and I scored. Wanted to get another rollerball, but you're paying $31 for only half of an ounce, so I decided to get another full bottle. Looking throughout different websites (Ulta, Lancome, Sephora) when I took a quick look on Macy's website and found the best price. For $128 (then add on $8 in taxes), I was able to get the refillable 5 fl oz/150ml sized bottle of La vie est Belle l'eau de parfum, which the refill for goes around $90, I am in love. This special also came with a lovely gift of six little makeup items and a pretty makeup bag for future use. This size of parfum usually goes for $168. Even the 3.4 oz one can be $144, so this price was wonderful.I decided to do an in-store pickup because, though I have never had a porch steal happen, one never knows, and this package was too pricey. The email with the instructions on where to pick up at the Altamonte Springs Mall was easy to follow. Walked in and showed my ID a good five minutes later, I was heading home with my purchase.”
