I went today to return an online purchase. Tisha, the manager and another young lady assisted me. They are very nice and helpful. Great customer service I highly recommend shopping at Forever21 in Altamonte Mall.

Great selection of clothes and prices are food. Shoes are very nice, too.

Wished that staff here helped me look for an item. No sense of helping customers. Employees here are just doing their own thing.
