“This location is great, nice selection of parts and maintenance things you’d need for any vehicle. The only thing to look out for is the website as it advertises “Pick up today” option but you may not be able to pick it up same day. I understand that is not the store’s fault as much as it is whoever is in charge of promoting same-day pickup on the NAPA website. I ordered a part at 9am on a Monday and the order confirmation said would be available for pick up same day and I’d get an e-mail when it was ready. I needed it ASAP so I called the store for an ETA was told there was no ETA for same day so it might be the next morning. I did end up getting an email the next morning that it was ready for pick-up. Overall great service at the store location, but online can be a bit misleading. Will continue to shop there, though.”

“Five Stars and then some for Eur-Am Auto and Ernie Fernandez and his brother Rick – owners of Eur-Am Auto.My son has a 2018 Subaru Legacy in excellent mechanical condition that he will be driving until June when he sells it to move north for a new job where he won’t need a car (welcome to the Big Apple).HOWEVER, backing out of a parking space a few months ago, the front bumper cover caught on the parking stanchion and pulled the bumper out of alignment. He had a quick fix some months back when a mechanic could snap the bumper cover back in place...but like all things with age and wear the bumper cover started to pull away from it’s clips.I am new to town and did a bit of research and Eur-Am was close to where we were that afternoon and there were (for good reason) rave reviews. We went to Eur-Am near closing on Thursday and I thought (what do I know) that fifteen minutes and a kind and patient owner would give me quick estimate.Instead, Ernie spent a few moments on hands and knees examining the bumper cover from underneath and then a half hour explaining the way in which the bumper cover might be fixed – from replacing a few plastic clips to hold the cover on, to replacing the bumper cover altogether, and the primer and paint process that might be required.With model and VIN number in hand he showed me the computer software rendering of the bumper cover and layers beneath and the parts that might be necessary. Next morning he hunted down the availability of Subaru parts – not expensive but there is still a supply problem (he called it “sketchy”) for Subaru parts.And then, most honestly, he advised that since my son would be selling the car soon we’d be just as well off NOT fixing the bumper (and incurring not only the expense of repair but the expense of a rental car and the inconvenience of time lost in the process) as he guessed that bumper cover repaired or not we might still get the same offer from an eager CarGuru or CarMax dealer.I can’t speak to the work in repair (but it would appear any number of MB and Audi cars were on the lot in some sort of disassembly) but I can speak to his (and Eur-Am’s corporate) integrity.Five stars and then some!”

“This Zgrl needed a little assistance adding some transmission fluid to my trusty steed, Smith. A 2007 RDX with 140k adventure-filled miles on it. I have worked on this car a bit since 2006 but have not had to do this particular task before. I did manage to procure the correct fluid, Hondas are very fickle beasts so there is no messing around with fluid brands (had to be ordered). I also acquired various funnels, which this store does carry the 3 pk for 6.98. The blue funnel was long enough to reach down into the engine bay where the transmission dipstick was located, but the diameter was a tad too big. So I headed to my trusted Autozone down the street. Giovanni, who has helped me before, a very knowledgeable and kind young man, was there to assist this Zgrl again. I needed a different funnel and asked for a 2nd set of knowledgable hands for guidance so I didn't have any blonde, or rather white hair moments. While they did not have a funnel with a small enough opening, we went guerilla style and he Macgyvered a piece of paper to do the trick. We chatted about his late father and his love of motorcycles while I slowly and carefully added 2 quarts of fluid without a single drop spilled in the engine bay or on the white cement handicap parking space. Success!!!! Thank you so much Giovanni for taking the time and helping me get my steed back up and running. I will def return with any other DIY car maintenance tasks.”
